Overview of LT Browser Benefits

Responsiveness Testing Across Devices

LT Browser provides you with an easy way to find out if your websites and web applications are responsive to various types of devices, including PCs, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. You can set up your own custom desktop, laptop, tablet, and mobile devices within the tool and see what your websites and web apps look like on all of these devices.

Testing the responsiveness of your websites and web apps on multiple devices using LT Browser is fast and convenient. In fact, you can test your website or web app’s responsiveness on multiple devices of different screen sizes and resolutions simultaneously in real-time.

LT Browser allows you to view and compare the responsiveness of your website on two devices side by side. You can inspect the website and test its responsiveness on two mobile devices without switching and moving back and forth between the devices.

This capability is made possible using LT Browser’s scroll synchronization feature. Thus, as you perform actions on your website from one device, the same actions run immediately on the other device.

Quick Website/Web App Debugging

This online testing and debugging tool is equipped with tools and features that help you easily and quickly fix issues in your websites and web applications. It shortens your development time by enabling you to build, test, and debug websites and web apps faster. As a result, you get the opportunity to identify and troubleshoot bugs right away before they affect the end-users of your websites and web apps.

LT Browser provides built-in developer tools designed for various devices. You can use separate developer tools to fix the device-specific website and web application issues. You can also perform debugging in real-time. For instance, as you edit your code from your own IDE or developer tool, LT Browser automatically reloads your website or web app and applies the changes you made.

Seamless Collaboration

LT Browser permits you to seamlessly collaborate with your team members, especially when it comes to fixing bugs and issues in your websites and web applications. You’ll be able to mark bugs and include all important information and notes about those bugs. Additionally, you can integrate LT Browser with your project management systems or bug tracking tools like Jira, Asana, Github, and Trello to streamline your debugging process.

Your team members can access all information they need about the bugs and issues directly from the project management and bug tracking tools you’re using. This way, you and your team can build and deploy responsive websites and web applications that deliver good user experiences across various devices.

LT Browser Position In Our Categories

Because companies have unique business-related wants, it is only prudent that they steer clear of buying an all-encompassing, “perfect” solution. Be that as it may, it would be almost impossible to try to pinpoint such a software solution even among popular software solutions. The best thing to do is to narrow down the different main factors that need consideration including key features, budget, technical skill competence of staff, business size, etc. The second step is, you should perform your research systematically. Browse through some of these LT Browser analyses and check out the other solutions in your shortlist in detail. Such comprehensive research guarantee you weed out mismatched applications and select the system which includes all the function your company requires in sustaining growth.

Position of LT Browser in our main categories:

Since each organization has unique business needs, it is prudent for them to desist from searching for a one-size-fits-all perfect software solution. Needless to say, it would be futile to try to find such a system even among popular software applications. The smart thing to do would be to jot down the various important elements that need consideration such as key features, finances, skill levels of workers, company size etc. Then, you should do your groundwork thoroughly. Read some LT Browser IT Development Software reviews and investigate each of the other systems in your shortlist in detail. Such comprehensive research can make certain you weed out ill-fitting systems and choose the app that provides all the aspects you require for business success.

PROS: - Latest pre-set devices, build custom devices -Easy to get started, no learning required. - Mirrors interactions in device comparison view, which means any click or scroll you do in one device is replicated on the other automatically. - Record the bug, take screenshots to share with the team - Simulate on different networks and even offline to check how your website responds -Integrations with Jira for easy sharing

CONS: - Features missing here would be test analytics, geolocation testing - You cannot choose browsers to test on, that’s a drawback. Better option if we could select browsers for pre-set mobile devices.

Ease of Use

PROS: LT Browser is a huge assistance when it comes to developing and debugging new responsive websites. It was quite useful for testing parallax scrolling, establishing neomorphism design, and creating interactive quizzes, among other things. Instant local testing by just adding the URL and comparing two devices side by side is another prominent feature. The best aspect about debugging is that we can watch the changes happen in real time.

CONS: It would be preferable if geolocation testing was available.

PROS: LT Browser makes it very easy for UI/UX developers because it includes all of the functionality needed for mobile app testing, and we can now test and debug websites across multiple devices with zero configuration. In a side-by-side comparison, we can also undertake simultaneous mobile-view debugging and live interactive web app testing to ensure responsiveness across several devices. Network simulation is used to test websites on low-latency networks.

CONS: It would be appreciated if geolocation testing was available.

PROS: It has a good collection of devices and even if the device you want is not present you can add a custom device.. We use Jira for bug management and native integration with it makes error management easy. The network tweaking feature is amazing! You can check the loading time or how your website responds to low/high latency networks.

CONS: You can’t choose browsers, just devices. Testing on let’s say firefox on oneplus 8 would be an improvement and of great help to dev’s.

PROS: LT browser is one such tool that my team looks forward to completing responsive testing. The team has found using the LT browser to test on the newest mobile devices to be a simple process. By just adding the URL, we could begin testing our web pages on local systems. It provides mirroring actions for two device comparison views. However, the developer tools, which allowed us to make adjustments and immediately see how they were being reflected, were the features that truly stood out for us.

CONS: Performance reports cannot be downloaded.

Generate the performance metrics of your websites in a single click and improve them wherever it lags. It offers integration with bug tracking tools and CI/CD tools like ClickUp, Jira, and Azure Pipelines.

CONS: Would be awesome to add a feature to test on multiple browsers for a specific pre-installed device. However, their development team is working over it and may roll out this feature soon.

PROS: LT Browser has simplified responsive testing for us. Being a small team, we do not own all mobile & iPad devices to test the website on and, this problem has been taken care of by LT Browser. All the devices that I need are packaged into a simple downloadable software to perform cross-device testing easily. The feature that we love most is bug recording & sharing one. Our testers create the video when they find a bug and share that with our developers directly from the dashboard that helps them to recreate and debug the same.

CONS: There should be more minutes in free plan I can test only on 2 devices in a single comparison view

PROS: Scroll sync is amazing We compared numerous responsive testing tools, however, the efficient scroll sync in LT browser was a clear winner for us. The mirrored interactions allowed us to compare our website in a side by side view over numerous devices. The feature has been a time saver for us. Kudos to LambdaTest. Side by side debugging on different viewports I can test on different devices simultaneously no matter what the platform is.

CONS: As of now, the LT browser allows side by side comparison of 2 devices in a single view. It would be better if we could get more devices in one tab. However, since it is a browser you can still open multiple tabs and compare 2 different devices in each tab so it’s not that big of a blocker for us.
