PROS: You can use the online platform as well as the desktop editor.

CONS: I can't spot any serious problems with the features included.

PROS: Availability both in the Internet browser and desktop version; familiar interface of CAT tools.

CONS: Tags adding, synchronization of desktop and online versions of app. Access to memsource cloud without having jobs in progress when account is desactivated; Speed of scrolling.

PROS: It is a very easy to use and quite complete tool!

CONS: Yhe online tool sometimes doesn't work as good as it would be ideal, so I think it would be great if you can make it works in a more fluid way.

PROS: Easy navigation around the CAT tool and uncomplicated tools within the system.

CONS: It would be nice if the browser-based version was faster when confirming segments and when navigating the QA part.

PROS: Memsource is easy to use and stable, good product support.

CONS: The QC function is very time consuming, the same errors have to be ticked off several times in order for the task to be completed which can be frustrating.

PROS: I got amazed about the response time of the support I got. When I submit requests for assistance I can get help within a very short time.

CONS: The user interface of Memsource is not very friendly to use, it would be better to improve for a better user experience.

PROS: Ease of use, availability of desktop version, its intuitive interface, prompt support in case of problems

CONS: nonstop changes, during which some good features were lost

PROS: The product is easy to use and simplifies the translation process.

CONS: The company pricing packages are a bit confusing and could be improved.

PROS: The first thing that I like about Memsource is how it also works reliably as a management tool on top of being a translation tool. I can use it to manage a translation project and give translators their particular tasks. I also appreciate how users are provided with an instruction manual that you can use any time something is not working right hence maximizing all its features available to the user. It is also easy to access the cloud once you've received the user data and password from the agency you're working with. Monitoring is also a breeze since you can view the files you're working on and how many there are. I also found it incredibly helpful that they had a terminological base on hand and that there is a translation memory available to its users.

CONS: Naming the tool's server can be a complicated affair, but to be fair they do provide you with a manual to help you understand and use the tool's Editor. When it comes to creating, editing, or reviewing projects, there are a lot of choices available to you. However, the fact that you can't use this offline is very limiting, and I do wish that an offline version is also available. I also think they should strengthen the security when it comes to the cloud so users will feel secure having their files up there.

PROS: I love how user-friendly this is. Another thing that I much like about it is how I can download the file and upload it just as easily.

CONS: I don't know if it's because of the tool, but whenever I use it my internet connection gets affected and slows down.

PROS: When I started using this tool, it didn't take me long to get the hang of it and pretty soon I was navigating it and using it effectively. You can easily customize it so it can work for you and meet your needs.

CONS: I think it's favorable to have an offline version. Improvement for the mobile version is highly needed

PROS: The best thing about this tool is that I don't need to install any new software on my computer to be able to use it. It's all based on the web, so I can use it immediately so long as I have an internet connection.

CONS: I do wish that this tool is more friendly to single users since the multiple roles available aren't really useful if you're the only one using it.

PROS: There are several things I appreciate about this tool. For one thing, it has really helped me be organized. It has also given me the confidence that any progress I've made on my work is kept safe. This is all thank to their backup feature that ensures my work is saved if ever my internet connection quits on me. Another thing that I appreciate is the fact that this tool allows me to stay on top of my work without me having to take notes on a physical notepad beside my computer.

CONS: I do have to admit that while using Memsourse, it sometimes tends to either be unresponsive or slow. It might be because it's a web-based application. I would like that area to be improved in their future versions.

PROS: I like how this tool compares favorably when compared to other similar desktop software that is more traditional and expensive. It is really efficient, and it takes me a maximum of four hours to have it up and running. I really appreciate how reliable it is. I haven't experienced downtimes, vendor lock-in, or data silos. The interface is sleek and clean and I don't need to worry about being overloaded with information. I can also choose between Linux, Windows, and OS X when choosing an offline client. Finally, their customer support team is really competent, friendly, and has the answer for you very quickly.

CONS: I am a little confused with the 10 editions of this tool that are around. I also would like for them to provide support for WordPress as well as other content management systems.

PROS: The software is easy to access anywhere, anytime as long as with net connection, which I think is the best thing about it.

CONS: Honestly, I can't think of anything to complain about when it comes to this tool.

PROS: Compared to complex CATs, Memsource is a breeze to utilize. It takes around half an hour or so to get around the platform. Furthermore, its cloud translation is lets you do your work at the office, home, or even while you're on the road. I like what Memosource is offering. It's less costly compared to its competetitors.

CONS: There's really nothing to hate about Memsource. But if there's want tiny thing that it needs to improve on, it would be getting their project management function in order.

PROS: What I like about this tool is how it has made my work so much simpler. It does this by giving me the option to upload a document of any type as well as my own translation memories. I can even export these memories and use them in future projects, making the work move much more quickly. I can also opt to give these memories to my clients. This tool is something I would definitely recommend to any translator, especially one working with a small budget and who need some help handling a large volume of work.

CONS: This tool could be more intuitive. While they have a lot of options, they aren't easy to find and I had to look under numerous tabs before I could find them and get a handle on how to use them and the tool itself. I'd like to see that change in future versions.

PROS: First off, I love that you can use this for free and that there's no time period that limits that free use. Even better, the user interface is similar to those already in the market. Getting used to it is not a problem at all.

CONS: I wish that it was possible to have my own translation memories and glossaries attached to the tasks that I am working on because I can't do that with the current version. I am also hoping that they can also include a live sneak peek function soon.

PROS: Workflow is very customized. Comes with a pre-installed QA. The online quoting comes with an automation widget. Offers Linux and Mac compatibility.

CONS: A majority of people may not know about Memsource. That includes younger translators, students, and teachers. We're frequently finding ways to look further for more new users in dealing with bigger projects.

PROS: I like that even if you use the free version, you get all the tools that you need as a translator. On top of all of that, this is user-friendly and the user interface is nice. Best of all, there aren't any ads, even if you're using the free version.

CONS: If there's anything to complain about, it is that the free version isn't really going to be helpful if you're working for a team that is big or you're working for an enterprise.

PROS: Memsource is a lot more efficient compared to other traditional software in its class. Typically, I would already have new translators running within 3 to 4 hours. Everyone stays within the same platform. On its own, the system is very dependable It has zero downtimes and doesn't come with vendor lock-in/data silos. It's interface is clean and has excellent customer support.

CONS: At the moment, the 10 Memsource Editions available can be confusing. It'd be nice if there's some kind of support for WordPress and other kown CMS out-of-the-box.

PROS: It's highly flexible. By that would mean its licenses each month. Great modes for both offline and online editing. Highly customizable.

CONS: One downside. Its license has limitations to a certain number of users.

PROS: It's super simple to utilize. It's zippy and robust. It cover a majority of our daily requirements. We get to collaborate with our freelancers without pushing them to have a Memsource Cloud subscription.

CONS: Further traceablity for both the user and job is required. As an admin, I'd like to know to who's in charge of what, when the job was assigned, and which user took the job.

PROS: Unlike other complex CATs, Memsource is the opposite. It's simple to use. What's more, it takes around half an hour or so to get used to doing things. Its clound translation system is a joy to work with at the office or even at home.

CONS: Almost nothing to hate with this software. But if push comes to shove, then I'd say Memsource will have to work on its project management feature.

PROS: Memsource functions a lot more efficiently compared to older and costly softwares. Typically, I'd have new translators working within a few hours. Everyone gets to use one platform. It's a system that's dependable in all levels: zero downtimes, zero data silos, and zero vendor lock-in.

CONS: Using Memsource Editions can be confusing. There are around ten or so of them. It'd be great if there's WordPress and other CMS support out-of-the-box.
