Deliver Personalized Mobile App Experiences

Modo Labs allows companies, campuses, and hospitals to build mobile applications that deliver personalized experiences to app users. They can also set up Personas dedicated to faculty members and university staff so they can access HR and benefits information. Personas can be created based on departments or roles within an organization or company. For instance, salespersons who are performing field work and HR managers who are working in the office will have different Personas.

Meanwhile, Modo Labs’ Locations permits users to create locations for corporate offices, hospitals, or universities. As they set up specific geographic locations;  they can include indoor and outdoor maps, transit, news or dining information. Creating locations lets them send information that is relevant to the location of their app users; and through the aid of GPS data and technology, their mobile app solution can detect the whereabouts of the app users.

Drive Communication And Engagement

Communication is the key principle behind the development of Modo Labs. Thus, the platform helps organizations and institutions build mobile application solutions that allow them to communicate and interact with end users better, and at the same time, improve communication among end users. Modo Labs allows users to schedule messages ahead of time. Thus, they can specify when their messages will be delivered, and even how they will be displayed and when they will be expired. To drive engagement and increase app usage and customer loyalty, the platform enables users to send push notifications that can reach app users even when they are not in the app.

With this capability, they will be able to promote new features or modules of their app, remind app users about important dates and upcoming deadlines, share updates or news, and send alerts for emergencies. They can also see trends and changes related to app usage over different time periods, wherein they can determine the modules, screens, and searches which are most popular.
