Furthermore, users can configure how orders will be routed. They can set up the system to route orders based on territory, channel, or customer.

Another reliable feature offered by OrderDynamics is its real-time inventory visibility. The system allows users to view information about their inventory from their different store locations at once. They will be able to determine the available stock on each of their store, and select the most cost-effective store location where customers can pick up their items. To check if the items they want are available in specific store locations, customers will be able to view stock inventory online. Therefore, they can also determine the specific store location where they will pick  up their items.

OrderDynamics also provides users with the capability to optimize their retail business using its comprehensive business intelligence and analytics. They will be able to obtain insights on how their business and stores are managing orders. Through the aid of visualizations, they will be able to evaluate data and metrics such as returns frequency by each store location, order shipping times, order to shipment ratios, and more. They can also check which order routing rules work best for their business.
