PROS: Orderhive allows us to integrate almost everything with almost everything. Probably the best feature of Orderhive is the least tangible or measureable: the staff. The customer service I have received has been outstanding thus far. The team are knowledgeable and transparent and will always at least try to help you get to where you need to be. Setu (AM) is smart and incisive and always goes above and beyond to get you there. I'm not sure when he sleeps, but is always around when you need him. The rest of the team are supportive and available. The automations are our other most liked feature. The ability to set rules based actions, create auto invoices, send emails when something happens, move orders around automatically is great. I genuinely could not find another piece of similar software that will do as much as orderhive does, for the pricepoint that it does it at. It is not perfect by any means, but even in their flaws, they excel: there is, built in, a feedback feature which when opened, will allow you to search for issues highlighted by other users and from there you can see if it is development, planned, executed etc. If something needs doing they listen to users almost constantly and will implement it. It feels like they are building and evolving the platform on almost a daily basis and based on customer feedback, which is awesome, as it means if you find something that should work better, you can just enter a comment into the system, describe what, why, usecases etc, and you can keep track if it is being implemented, when and how etc. They also have the ability to fast track features, custom reports or invoice templates if needed, for payment. This is great if you have an urgent need and time is more important than money in that scenario. Overall, It's awesome. Not perfect, but way more perfect than anything else currently on the market.
CONS: The one downfall of Orderhive is its biggest plus - It's massive. There is no way you will learn it all in a week or even a month. It is so packed with features that it's impossible to know how many ways it will fix workflows or what it can help you with, simply because it is so flexible; this takes time to learn. The demo version is not long enough (2 weeks) and you'll need to pay for the team to set you up ($99). This is a bit catch 22, when you do the demo with demo data, it looks like a fairly standard bit of kit - nice but nothing super special. It's only when you actually get your data in there and start using it that you begin to understand how and why it will help. You need to pay for this though, and i as a demo user, did not want to pay to be set up in a piece of software that by definition I hadn't decided i was using yet. Doing the demo with the team definitely helped and I recommend it to everyone. It's impossible to get an idea of it on your own. The help database is good, lots of videos, but way more depth is needed in articles to understand how features work the way they do. For example, what rules the automations follow. What order they get activated in. If one is triggered and another 2nd later automations instructions conflict with it, what happens. The automations side is new and I feel like they are still building it out though, so probably more articles will come later. The features though are great, and we genuinely couldn't run our business without them.
The least favorable review
PROS: Honestly, the best thing about Orderhive is its growing team. I've been a user for a while now and I've always been satisfied with this inventory management system. I love the team's consistency in providing quality service and constant improvements in the system.
CONS: Well, great things come with a price. As the system improves and gets better, it's becoming a little more pricey for me. So I have realigned my budget.

PROS: This software made real-time inventory tracking for different marketplaces so much easier. We can also add supplier info and print labels. Now our inventory for all our stores is centralized through this software.
CONS: I believe their customer support needs to improve. We find it hard to communicate.

PROS: Orderhive can be integrated smoothly with other eCommerce platforms such as WooCommerce and Shipstation. It made organizing orders easier because of its friendly interface!
CONS: Inventory and shipping integration can still be improved by the Orderhive team. As of the moment, we're relying on our web team to tweak it a bit to make it work better.

PROS: At the beginning, we thought it was over-ambitious to even ask for an app that does unlimited inventory on an affordable price. Orderhive was our dream come true, and we couldn't believe the package included customer support too. And not any customer support, but one that will always be there for you, whatever you mess up! Knowing this, I believe we'd pay much more for an app like Orderhive. I sincerely recommend you to consider it, it is worht every penny! I analyzed many similar apps, but nothing got even close to it! Therefore, spare yourself the research, and get Orderhive immediately!
CONS: Getting familiar with it is a serious piece of work, but nothing you can't cross over. If I were in the dev team, I'd make order forms more flexible, but nothing else. Customization is good the way it is.

PROS: If you want an efficient platform that can be accessed easily, Orderhive is the one! It simplifies utilization of advanced inventory tools with the mere fact that it gives access to the system from literally every location or device. I like it because it strengthened my contribution in the company, it widened my horizons, and made me feel more productive.
CONS: There are so many features to explore, and only 15 days to try it. If it was up to me, I'd extend the trial period to 1 month, that's what it takes to get at least a basic picture of how the software works.

PROS: Orderhive's user-friendly and user-configurable interface is a boon to everyone on our team who has access to it. Because everyone can benefit from its intuitive design, we are able to transform our entire order review workflow. Our business also finds it advantageous that the platform can integrate rapidly with WooCommerce and Shipstation to make related processes more streamlined.
CONS: When we were integrating WooCommerce with Orderhive, our development team had a lot of difficulties completing the task. They had to modify the API before they were able to finish the connection and produce the necessary results for us such as alerting customers via email that their orders have been shipped. However, it is highly possible that the problem lies with WooCommerce rather than with Orderhive. Apart from the integration problem, our company also notes that the inventory system is lacking in tools that can help us organize it better. Orderhive has promised to roll out enhancements though so we are definitely looking forward to those.

PROS: With Orderhive, our business is able to synchronize our inventory with multiple online commerce platforms. It is also a plus that we can monitor our stock levels in real from a single interface. It is an added benefit as well that Orderhive has an order label printing capability and a vendor data storage component.
CONS: Orderhive may want to upgrade their customer support because even when we were requesting a demo, it took us several email exchanges before we could reach a suitable schedule.

PROS: I was lucky to get my recent Ebay power sales business running quite fast, so I needed software for inventory tracking before I even knew it. I checked few popular solutions (Trade Gecko, Ecomdash, Solid Commerce, and Skubana), but nothing seemed good enough before Orderhive appeared. That was a painful process when I think about it, wondering through some fake forums and reading biased reviews that were clearly connected. After a while, I picked up that reps were handling the 'recommendation workload', especially the ones of Solid Commerce. Orderhive seemed like the only reasonable solution, but I didn't have such expectations due my previous experience. However, it went beyond my craziest dreams, as it offered all features I needed displayed on a cute interface. Price is also, to say so, unbeatable. Another advantage you should know about is top notch customer service-they offer live chat which is, according to me, the best and fastest way to solve problems, and they never stop improving their features and powerful integrations. They won't mind advising you on other systems as well, I'd never solve my Ebay issues without them. One thing that is remarkably beneficial is being able to place personal orders, I don't think there's something similar on other sites.
CONS: See, I'm a perfectionist, so don't take what I've written here for granted. I love the program, but I believe there are a couple of features that would make it even better: USPS discounts, tracking information, integration with auction listings, etc. At the same time, I admit that the tool is just too advanced for its price, especially their support team. Besides, I believe they'll add these features too, that's probably just a matter of time.

PROS: Their customer service is outstanding, you are provided an account manager who quickly resolves any issue you may have, through chat or video. They are also happy to take on any feedback for future development. The pricing is also very competitive, I’ve had many demos with other inventory management software companies who cannot offer anything as much as Orderhive, though charge more. The dashboard is easy to use, and employees can be trained on using it fairly easily, with our integration stores able to sync to Orderhive seamlessly, giving us immediate feedback on our stock quantities, orders to dispatch and PO’s to raise. I would fully recommend Orderhive as a service to meet your business needs.
CONS: When first setting up, make sure to sync your products from your shopping channels first, rather than input them manually, this will save you a lot of time and hassle as they are synced automatically.

PROS: We're applying the program together with our Vend POS. The purpose is to implement a racket sports webstore, both on ofcourts.com and ofcourts.ca. The program is involved also in our local tennis/squash proshops, especially its Wholesale option, which is to my knowledge the most powerful Orderhive feature. What was really impressive was to see their Customer Support rushing to solve our issues-I particularly remember missing B2B Inventory quantities, since the issue is quite user-specific, and theystill created them in a matter of days. All this being said, don't expect miracles: it is logical to miss stuff when paying so little, but they've done a good job, and they will grow and improve. For what I know now, both Vend POS and B2B integrations work, and that is more than enough for a small business.
CONS: In case you're going straight to the cons, I already explained that Orderhive needs polishing, and it referred to creating items for multiple channels more than to other features. I really miss a progressive inventory mechanism, for Woocommerce in particular. I mean, integration is active as such, but you're only allowed to sync information, you can't populate it there. All customers and products are created in Orderhive, which is why I'm afraid I'll have some issues selling via Woocommerce in future. As you can guess, my biggest fear is losing time: I'm really not keen on losing time to input data in every channel!

PROS: I am running a large computer hardware business, and I consider Orderhive to be my indispensible assistant. I am using it for 7 months so far, and my experience has been nothing but perfect. Orderhive is in fact a multi-channel software, advanced order and inventory mechanism, flawlessly integrated with shopping carts and marketplaces. Its features are well-executed, while customer support is 100% reliable.
CONS: As I said, the program is perfect, and I have nothing to contibute with in this section. I would only add that Orderhive has the most intuitive and friendly UI I've ever used.
