PROS: Quick Base does an excellent job of automating sales forces based on proper management of marketing campaigns, potential clients, and communication channels. It has powerful functionality that allows us to forecast sales, monitor issues and tickets, and handle calls. Furthermore, it allows automated call routing for technical help, allowing us to manage the data of contributors effectively.
CONS: Tracking budgets and labor costs are a bit off for us. Its report generator for RFI management lacks the function we need. The email integration isn’t working well with most of the systems we incorporate with Quick Base. Lastly, we don’t like the client commission manager as it lacks organization.

PROS: Quick Base can help improve the performance of any business—and that’s what exactly it does on ours. Creating a business report is easy. It streamlines company data and keeps our workflow organized. Additionally, it provides us with the ability to customize our system, offering our company the specific solution that it needs.
CONS: I hope there are ready-to-access tutorial and real-time support through the tool. It would be better if they provide training, as the software can sometimes get confusing, especially to new users. That’s our only concern about Quick Base.

PROS: Using this software is a good decision to make our tasks run more efficiently between all team members. Whenever we have new projects in the pipeline we utilize Quick Base to help us create new “mini apps” to help us accomplish more work in a short amount of time without compromising the results. The management team doesn’t have to closely monitor all employees to see how they are progressing daily.
CONS: Nothing much to dislike about the product as a matter of fact our performance has improved drastically for the past two quarters. Most of our clients are really impresses with our turnaround time which gave us more opportunities to take in new projects that most of our staff are looking forward to being part of.

PROS: Quick Base has excellent features that any business would surely appreciate. In our case, it helps us store data and generate customized reports easily. Saving the reports in tables is as easy as 1-2-3, as well. I also like that its customer support is there to help us when something unexpected comes up.
CONS: I noticed that its pricing models are expensive. If you wish to integrate additional features and add more users to the system, then you have to pay more. I also noticed that some features contain advanced language. It would be best if you had someone in-house who has an extensive technical background to handle the tool.

PROS: Its main purpose is to help automate tasks and lessen workload to businesses of all sizes. I like the idea that we can create an application from scratch without the need for coding which I am not quite familiar with. We use it to make our daily and weekly reports and organize specific tasks using spreadsheets that everyone from the team can access. I like that QuickBase helps us establish a system that works well so we could deliver to our clients and stakeholders more consistently.
CONS: I find the price somehow expensive which is not that suitable for small companies There is some functionality that we are looking for in the program which is not available. The solution is I would have to find another tool that can provide us what we specifically needed.

PROS: Quick Base is easy to use, intuitive, has flexible pricing models, and comes with amazing report customization features. We use it to update customers’ data, and it helps us handle shipments, create order treatments, and manage inventories and stocks. The customer support is very responsive and quick for all our concerns—they are ready all the time. With our experience of using Quick Base, we can say that we’re 100% satisfied with the way it assists our business processes and making things much easier for us.
CONS: It doesn’t allow us to review potential clients, and we can’t oversee providers. Our workflow is not that organized and doesn’t have the system that shows the progress of projects or tasks we’re working on.

PROS: Quick Base has been a part of my business’ daily routine, and I just can’t imagine life without it. From client support to organizing workflow, Quick Base has been there to make things much easier for me. It serves as our business centralized tool for almost everything.
CONS: Something is lacking with Quick Base when we’re working on our dev ops board. Our actions are limited, but that’s forgiven since it is not really designed to become a kan ban board. Still, we appreciate the program, in general.

PROS: What I like most about this program is that I can easily assign tasks to individual specialists. It gives us a myriad of options to customize and download reports, export data to spreadsheet, and generate tables for easy sharing to company head staff.
CONS: The fact that Quick Base comes with a variety of options to create reports, other users, especially with a little to no technical background, may find the tool confusing. Determining the fields and the reports to be customized can be a tad overwhelming.

PROS: Quick Base is our solution to manage campaigns and our volunteers. With the price of only $15, our non-profit organization can access a myriad of helpful features. Two of which we love most is the ability to review and track customer service tickets and automated call routing.
CONS: The tool lacks the ability to handle a variety of tickets and emails due to limited communication channels available. It would also be better if they included a live chat feature, so users can easily communicate with other users or members within the organization. We can’t also review the life cycle of members or volunteers using the system’s HR management. It’s outdated, I thought.

PROS: Our organization is organizing fundraising programs, and we would like to share data with each volunteer quick. Quick Base has been so helpful for this cause. Since it is run in the cloud, everyone involved in the campaign is updated with what we’re working on. It provides transparency, and the pricing model we signed up for is just enough for our needs. Call routing, on the other hand, has a large storage capacity for documents, providing us convenience. I also appreciate the customer support and all the other features the tool offers.
CONS: Quick Base doesn’t support accounting or is not allowing social media content automation. No email marketing tool. For this reason, we’re not able to share an unlimited amount of data to volunteers regarding our programs. This can limit our capability to import a large amount of data. It even crashes when the database capacity is reached. The sales forecasting tool also slows down.

PROS: Quick Base is a helpful tool for our non-profit organization’s accounting process. It comes with excellent billing management system that users can customize according to their needs. Its sales funnel management systems allows easy import of contact details of clients and volunteers. Overall, it is a powerful platform in handling shipments and RFI, as well as online applications (if you are finding donors).
CONS: The mobile app doesn’t seem to work well—it slows down and crashes. There’s no customization option for task lists and no live chat tool available. The supply chain management system doesn’t work so well. Lastly, no sufficient CRM integration is available for handling prospecting tools.

PROS: I love the fact that Quick Base still stores project data that we have completed already. This capability provides us quick access to the information that might impact the projects that we currently work on. Comments on the previous projects, as well as the invoices that are related to them can also be accessed.
CONS: The team is actually planning to transfer to the program’s integrated system because we’re currently having trouble with the integration. Quick Base is not integrated with our knowledge management system, lead tracking software, and time-tracking tool. We found out that Quick Base has a lot of potential in it, and our business should benefit from it.
