PROS: In theory it is a good template and sounds like it will be an all in one solution.
CONS: In the references it did not include the National Construction Code. It did not offer enough references to asbestos and related activities required in the demolition plan. Inserting a diagram seems tricky. If you add extra information along the same heading, the contents page numbers do not adjust and require manual adjustment.
