PROS: I love how Salesforce is able to explain the data to the users. It doesn't only present that data but it also shows what went wrong, or what went right. It's pretty amazing! It makes planning a lot more informed and easier.
CONS: It can be overwhelming if it's your first time using the software, but it gets easier once you spend a good time learning it.
