PROS: This complements my Salesforce experience very well. I don't have prior training on AI, but Salesforce Einstein makes it possible for me to enjoy predictive analysis based on my SF data. It's surprisingly easy to use and to generate results from.
CONS: It's not very consistent. Some of its features can't be accessed at times. It prompts us to clear our storage often too.

PROS: We've finally bid goodbye to the manual task of collating all necessary data and feeding them into our reports. Now, with just a few clicks of a button, we can see trends within our customers' behavior and make the predictive analysis based on this.

PROS: Einstein is a genius tool that helps me present my data in a more comprehensible and visually stunning way. Sure, doing this is not the easiest thing to do, but it makes my data less intimidating and more easily understood.
CONS: This is no longer an issue, but around half a year ago, I had a hard time customizing my data and presenting them in a more organized way. Now, they've rolled out new updates for the program and I can easily present my data any way I want to.

PROS: What I like about this program is that it helps our company work more efficiently. Not only does it help us see most of our projects into fruition, but it also provides a great platform for communication among co-workers. It gives us the freedom to organize our data in a way that works best for us too.
CONS: The reports that we've generated on Salesforce are not as "clean" as we would like them to be. There are still hundreds of dupes and unnecessary data included in them.

PROS: We run most of our operations on Salesforce. This means that most of our data is saved there too. With Einstein as the newest addition to this CRM tool, we can not only store our data properly, but we can also benefit from a slew of predictive analytics that it provides. Now we can make more educated actions towards dealing with our customers based on their statistical history and data.
CONS: We've been using Einstein for over a year now and some of its items are very hard to configure.

PROS: When it comes to data-gathering, you'll never be shortchanged with Salesforce. It is the best at gathering information about your clients--from their most basic information to their online activities, among other things. It is this heavy-duty data-gathering capability that powers Einstein. After all, without the correct amount of data, AI can only do so much.
CONS: One might say that Einstein is still in a testing stage. It's still an infant program and not a lot of resources nor support is available for it.

PROS: The best thing about Einstein is that everything about it is easy to use and to learn. From grouping data together to customizing the dashboard--it's all effortless to set up.
CONS: There's a cap on the amount of data we can use. There's a cap on the calendar section too.
