Schoox Review

PROS: I like the UI design and easy to use for training.

CONS: Having less amount of homework and relaxed timing per module would be appreciated for next time.

PROS: It's so easy to navigate through, and the sequence of modules are seamlessly interconnected.

CONS: The page with FAQs helped me find the course I needed to take -- I couldn't find it at first!

PROS: Being so easy to use, combined with a great support team makes Schoox an essential tool for training.

CONS: It would be great to not have to customize so much and know at a glance what all the available functions are, but the support team is always onhand to answer any questions.

PROS: Schoox features an interface with a variety of functions that can be tweaked to match our company's needs, especially for staff development. Regardless if you're new to the system or a long-time user, the training and customer support their team provides is top-notch.

CONS: Nothing so far. Their team has been attentive to feedback and suggestions.

PROS: We're really happy with Schoox, from their support team, to their user-friendly, all-in-one software. It's well-designed, and it allows us to customize our curriculums with helpful suggestions for each role and even has a field dedicated for performance reviews.

CONS: I've asked to add an option to see where each of us are in the org chart, plus adding an option to un-assign trainings per team. I'm pleased to note that their support team is working on these suggestions as I write this.

PROS: Schoox features ample content and resources for learning that are well organized.

CONS: Future improvements on organization are welcome. Having that much content can be overwhelming.

PROS: I like being able to create multimedia content and tests that will encourage our teams to learn more, and that we're able to monitor the training so we know what each of our colleagues need.

CONS: I wish it would take a lot less orientation time for future users.

PROS: I like that I'm able to easily train my team on this platform.

CONS: None at the moment.

PROS: Schoox training can happen in groups anywhere and anytime because our staff can use it on their desktops and phones.

CONS: We didn't have any problems encountered with this service.

PROS: What we liked best about Schoox is that its support team saw us through the integration with their system to ours. They've also provided advice and solutions when we need it. And overall, the product is easy to use and flexible enough for what we need.

CONS: The set up was tricky in the beginning, but the support team was behind us all the way.

PROS: Schoox is so useful for our restaurant, because it's our go-to for updates we all need to know or learn about, from the latest policies to promotional items, new drinks and how to make them.

CONS: I could do without the homework at the end of some modules, but relieved that it's optional.

PROS: Schoox has become our one-stop-shop for training in the company. Its learning resources are vast. I find it so easy to create courses with external links to YouTube videos, and include exams for individuals and groups, and track their training progress.

CONS: It would be helpful to make course creation a lot easier for first-time users.

PROS: It's been very easy to use, even for someone like me who has no previous exposure to a learning management system like Schoox. We've also had almost a 90% surge in usage, so it's proving quite popular in our company.

CONS: It took time for us to get the process going, but it was implemented well, thanks to the support team.
