PROS: Servant keeper is a one-stop-shop platform for all church management needs, be it on finance, recording donations, and keeping track of expenses, among others.
CONS: The search engine is faulty at times so I can't immediately find people or whatever information in our database.
The least favorable review
PROS: Our first impression with Servant Keeper is that it was easy to use. We continued using it and we are very happy with how it has transformed our processes at church, especially on keeping records of participants and visitors. A big advantage is that it works on the cloud, so anyone of us from the internal team of the church can access files anywhere and even through mobile.
CONS: The need to create a lot of files for different aspects of the operations is quite time-consuming.

PROS: Servant Keeper gives you great storage for your members and visitors' contact details. You can even keep tabs of their donations, which helps in budgeting work.
CONS: It can only search last names, which is not realistic because we come to know and remember people at church through their first names. It also requires a steep learning curve before you can get comfortable with the interface.

PROS: I love how Servant Keeper cleanly categorizes groups, for instance, based on memberships and non-membership contributions, and lay them down neatly in one location. It also integrates seamlessly with our in-house systems and databases.
CONS: There is nothing about Servant Keeper that disappoints me.

PROS: Servant Keeper generates very comprehensive reports that are crucial in our decision making. Aside from this, you have a wide room to personalize how to present the report.
CONS: The three-step process to access the platform is tedious. I think the two steps would be enough.

PROS: Everyone in our church likes how Servant Keeper made efficient our work, especially on tracking attendance of the youth. These reports we share with parents. The automated system thus allows us to share quickly their kids' attendance or non-attendance.
