PROS: ShipBob is made up of wonderful people who are seeking to improve all the time. They make sure that all available solutions would be synced and enjoyed by their clients.

CONS: We do not have anything to dislike about ShipBob tool and its services. Everything is great, and we’ve proven that ShipBob is really a remarkable solution.

PROS: E-commerce is continuously scaling as time pass by, that’s why it’s best for a piece of technology and its services to improve along with the changes. ShipBob is stellar in coping up with such demand for a constantly improving platform for an e-commerce shop, which is a value that other options don’t offer. I enjoy having a growing professional relationship with the staff of ShipBob too.

CONS: ShipBob looks very sophisticated for a simple online shop. Some features that would streamline key processes would be a great addition to ShipBob. This problem is not that a big of a deal for us, though.

PROS: We’ve got no regrets after getting ShipBob to cover our 3PL demands. They help in providing quality service to customers, they’re always up round the clock, and they listen to our suggestions and comments for improvements. All our customers only need to wait for the least possible time before their order arrives since we’ve learned how to optimize the use of ShipBob warehousing and shipping services. In addition, they have a wonderful customer service that is always ready to assist us in solving some problems. They’ve boosted the UI of their software to provide better services too.

CONS: At first, we’ve found it difficult to get in touch with different teams through ShipBob. But we’ve eventually learned how to use it properly.

PROS: Completely covers our 3PL needs. This helps us save a lot of time and effort that we can spend on scaling our primary business operations.

CONS: ShipBob should improve the looks of its platform’s UI. It looks outdated. Although, it doesn’t affect the tool’s functionalities and efficiency at all.

PROS: ShipBob has provided us excellent service through our partnership. Linking it to Shopify and Amazon is pretty easy, and it always ships items instantly at the right time. We also leverage the analytic feature for strategizing our inventory. ShipBob also has warehouses or fulfillment centers in various areas, which is great for minimizing operational expenses and damages for the shipping. All processes are convenient to complete without any headaches too.

CONS: Based on my experience with using ShipBob, this platform really has no flaws. All work seamlessly. Plus, they have great customer support that can assist us anytime, regardless of what related problem we bring to them for solving.

PROS: Everything is easy with ShipBob! Navigating its UI and using its features are incredibly smooth. Syncing the tool with my accounts on Amazon and Shopify is seamless too, as well as the experience of migrating my inventories to Amazon. I’ve stumbled on some issues when I began using ShipBob, but its email customer support has helped me sort out such problems.

CONS: I don’t dislike anything about ShipBob. I’m positive that it would remain a great platform as well.

CONS: ShipBob gives us no worries at all. They meet our needs for 3PL and fulfillment services professionally.

PROS: Had a smooth onboarding experience especially with their professional and friendly staff. Everything is convenient, including the experience of scaling our business significantly. That’s because ShipBob lets me manage my business as an owner, which is key for us to hop on larger projects and deals. Gone are the days when I need to manually package our items and make them ready for shipping. Those inconveniences have pulled me away from the bigger overview of improving our business. But with ShipBob, everything is great, and I don’t have any regrets. Other owners should really start using ShipBob too.

CONS: They really have lightning speed when shipping items. That’s a huge advantage, but it sometimes makes me fail to update an incorrect address of an order before it goes out. A better system or solution for such a concern would be wonderful. Of course, an ideal solution shouldn’t affect their great shipping speed.

PROS: Impressive speed when shipping any items at any given time. The support service is also very wonderful. I can easily get in touch with them and get instant help. These are the main reasons why I have stayed with ShipBob for many years.

CONS: There are moments when they lose track of some items or packages. Although, this only happens in very small instances. And in all of those mishaps, their support team is there to solve such problems.

PROS: We’ve built an ever-growing business relationship with ShipBob, as well as with its great professional staff. The reports that they submit to us are helpful when making crucial decisions for the advantage of our company. Moreover, the assigned account manager to us really listens to our inputs; helping them to satisfy our needs through flexible solutions. They’re really revolutionizing our business!

CONS: ShipBob is a continuously scaling company. Therefore, we often experience some problems while ShipBob and our company improve along the way. But kudos to them because of their unfaltering services to us.

PROS: We’re trusting ShipBob for some time and it is giving us an awesome client experience. We receive a great overview from our US national shipping, and it assures our items would be shipped at the right time from proximate storage. It allows us to manage all our stocks more efficiently, as well as it offers reasonable shipping price deals. Moreover, ShipBob continuously grows the number of their warehouses nationwide, which means we get more options of locations where our items would be stored and where it would originate before shipping. Lastly, ShipBob support personnel are great people who always help us in terms of customer and logistic queries.

CONS: they should improve the overview that they provide to sellers in terms of the expiration dates of items in their warehouses. However, I’ve received some notes that they’re already working on such feature. That should boost our experience with ShipBob drastically.

PROS: This is the best 3PL solution that I’ve found for my e-commerce store. Working with ShipBob helps me save a lot of time for shipping, as well as focus on many other essential points for boosting my business. I can even say that ShipBob would be capable of handling my 3PL demands even when my business grows by a few folds.

CONS: All users should keep their ShipBob tool up-to-date. Meaning, they should be notified when a new update becomes available. Thankfully, the ShipBob user support never fails in helping us when needed.

PROS: This tool is very convenient to use, and we have easily synced it to our accounts in e-commerce giants on the web. It instantly puts an item on the way as well; generally in less than a day after an order is completed. They ship items early in the morning when an order is completed late on the previous day. Moreover, the tool lets me generate reports, which are helpful in determining the amount I spend on shipping charges. It is great for helping me distribute all my inventories to different warehouses properly too. And yes, I love how it works with NoIssue. I love that they put a couple of NoIssue stickers on each of my items to be shipped.

CONS: Nothing to complain about ShipBob. This greatly satisfies my need for fulfillment or a 3PL platform that is convenient to use. It also has a competent team of staff who can store, prepare and ship out all my items accordingly. This helps me put more effort into promoting my business, boosting my brand, gaining more leads as well as maintaining a community among other essential business tasks.
