PROS: It is capable of monitoring almost all types of software. I have never experienced any compatibility issues since the beginning. We were able to check on our servers and tools even from a remote location. We don't have to worry too much about outages because 24x7 makes sure that we are getting the alerts in advance.

CONS: Too many reports can be viewed on one page. You might not understand all the details right away if you are not used to how the product works.

PROS: I am so impressed with the accuracy of the reports that 24x7 can produce daily, weekly, and monthly. I compared 24x7 from other products that offer the same services and features, and this app stood out.

CONS: If you are on a tight budget, you might want to postpone getting 24x7 because the price is a bit steep.

PROS: One of the attributes of 24x7 that attracted me most is its flexibility. I like the fact that I can use it on many devices and use the templates to get the job and the results that I wanted to see. Even though I am paying extra each month, I know that I am saving more money in the long run. I don't need any additional monitoring tools anymore.

CONS: They should do something to upgrade the interface. Some users have encountered challenges when using the tool. Sometimes I find it hard to locate particular features.

PROS: Site 24x7 is different from other monitoring apps because it works with any gadgets in the office. Using 24x7 gives me peace of mind that we won't be experiencing any severe downtimes or issues daily.

CONS: The more devices and software we have to scan, the more money we spend on the product. I wish that they could send us more personalized reports of all the data collected and a corresponding explanation on our emails so it would save me time to go through the network and server reports each working day. I find that more convenient on my end, so I could easily assign my staff to look at the issues and have them fixed ASAP.

PROS: Before shifting into Site 24x7, I spent hundreds of dollars each month for five separate apps to keep track of all our company tools and systems and ensure that they are all in excellent condition. I realize that I am spending way too much money just on tracking tools that are no longer practical. That is why I decided to stick with Site 24x7 because it can support many apps and assets without worrying about compatibility issues. Also, I can pull up reports anytime that I need to check out how all of our systems and web-based applications are working for us to meet our deadlines.

CONS: One of our primary challenges is configuring each app's settings to keep track of accurate and real-time performance. This is a constant struggle bit just for me but also for my staff members.

PROS: As a long time customer of 24x7, I can say that the company and the employees are delighted with the product. My IT team can easily spot incoming problems and work on a solution before things blow out of proportion. It can support all of our computers and tablets that our employees use whether they are at the office or working from home. We get to check if we are using way too much data or checking out other non-work-related sites while on duty.

CONS: Suppose you are a small company or a solo entrepreneur. You might find the price of the product a little bit steeper than other competitors. It's highly recommended for companies with lots of employees and devices to monitor. The learning curve may take longer than usual for first-timers and non-experts, so more patience is needed.

PROS: 24x7 I must say, is a very scalable product that can bring many positive changes to your business. It's the capability to monitor more than 20 apps simultaneously is what amazes me the most.

PROS: I love this product so much because of its ability to monitor our entire network and assets efficiently. We are no longer caught surprised with technical issues happen from time to time. We are thankful that Site 24x7 is consistent in sending us alerts in advance, giving us ample time to look into the issue. We get notified via emails and SMS, so we are fully aware of what to expect in the next few hours.

CONS: The app itself comes with an extensive selection of features to the point that it can get very confusing. Simplifying the UI would help a lot in reducing the learning curve amongst users.
