PROS: Sovos' technical support team is really helpful and always reachable. I've contacted them a couple of times to clarify stuff and they're always ready to assist. I never have problems with using the app because it's extremely user-friendly and easy to navigate.

PROS: Sovos is a reliable app when it comes to validating and transmitting data. Our IT team especially loves the program because it effectively manages data and makes tax filing season a little less dreadful.
CONS: We used to have a problem with the documentation of our processes while using Sovos, but it was quickly resolved and the function is updated/improved regularly.
