Sovos Review

PROS: Sovos has been helpful in improving our reporting system because of its ability to produce detailed reports. It also helps us with securing exemption certificates.

CONS: I don't see anything wrong with it. I'm happy to use it.

PROS: Sovos' technical support team is really helpful and always reachable. I've contacted them a couple of times to clarify stuff and they're always ready to assist. I never have problems with using the app because it's extremely user-friendly and easy to navigate.

CONS: We don't have any disappointing experience with Sovos yet.

PROS: Sovos is a reliable app when it comes to validating and transmitting data. Our IT team especially loves the program because it effectively manages data and makes tax filing season a little less dreadful.

CONS: We used to have a problem with the documentation of our processes while using Sovos, but it was quickly resolved and the function is updated/improved regularly.

CONS: It doesn't have a tasking feature, so sometimes there might be confusion on who's filling up forms.

PROS: Sovos is rich in content which we find extremely helpful when needed. The technical staff assigned to assist us is reliable and knowledgeable about the system.

CONS: I don't really like the appearance of the interface. Probably because it's a little cluttered.

PROS: The software helps us ensure that we are complying with the legal reporting requirements. Sovos is a necessity during our mid-year and year-end reporting. And yes, their support staff is amazing!

CONS: The billing invoices could be more detailed.

PROS: I love how rich this software is. It has all the necessary functionalities and information that our team needs to deliver our expected outputs.

CONS: The search function might not be that intelligent since it's having a hard time locating some of our searches.

PROS: Sovos has outstanding tech support. They have assigned an officer in charge of filing our reports and so far, he's been really helpful and accommodating. The service we get from Sovos definitely makes us more productive

CONS: Setting up could be a bit confusing and complicated. Thank god for their amazing tech support.

CONS: The pricing estimates for different services are not accessible.
