PROS: Very fast and user friendly. Lots of useful tools. The app on Android is great when not in the office.

CONS: A free version would be great. Currently they only offer a free trial and then a $15 / month plan.

PROS: Highly automated, brings excellent user experience, robust, and is super multifunctional. It seems that we never run out of new learnings about the functions of WizeHive as we continue using the tool. It has made many of our operations highly intuitive that we do not need to spend long hours to complete hard yearly tasks. Say, it is easier for applicants to fill their application forms, upload their requirements, attach and modify recommender information, submit new recommender, and send automatic notifications. Since applicants can complete these tasks on their own, our staff don’t need to add them to actual working hours anymore. Moreover, WizeHive has helped us a huge sum of cash because it has made much other software obsolete in our operations. We do not need a separate CRM, applicant tracker, onboarding tool, email merger, survey administrator, business intelligence data manager, and other essential programs. Plus, WizeHive comes with convenient Zapier plugins that boost the platform’s capabilities up to a few great notches.

CONS: WizeHive comes with great potential that is very difficult to learn. It is a good thing, however, that Zengine provides overwhelming great support for its platform. The onboarding team has worked with us to shape WizeHive according to our specific demands and identify the amount of support that we need. They’ve continuously worked with us until we are completely confident about the training, trials and tool management that we execute. Its user support staff are all competent enough about their product with excellent response time too. They utilize articles, videos and webinars, among other materials, to help us understand some other functions within WizeHive, and we regularly receive emails that carry impressive system changelogs. Currently, WizeHive has fully suited itself into our system after the support team has made big changes to the platform for us.

PROS: WizeHive is a super adaptable tool. It can be shaped perfectly according to your specific program.

CONS: WizeHive needs improvement in terms of interface design. There are areas when some texts show up for explaining processes to complete. The thing is, such texts aren’t needed when WizeHive has a seamless interface to begin with.

PROS: The application forms appear friendlier and less inconvenient for users, despite having an almost similar set of questions with another inferior software that we once used. All our grant applicants are having an easier experience with WizeHive. Also, the panel of reviewers loves the side-by-side reviewing feature since it helps them avoid the need to fill tons of paperwork for the process. Moreover, as the lone staff member of our program, WizeHive really helps me manage everything conveniently. It is now easier to distribute grants for internal and external review, easier to generate quality questions for pulling off necessary statistics data, as well as it is easier to make applications flow throughout its entire process. This is undoubtedly the best option for a program management tool.

CONS: WizeHive got no disadvantages. It’s easy to use and all of its features are magnificent.

PROS: Simplifies the application and selection processes for us. It is easier for our staff to gather details, and it is seamless for the official personnel to do their review.

CONS: It would be better if I can customize the UI after its initial setup. This would help me in properly arranging things according to how I work on the platform. I also think that WizeHive lacks a detecting feature for duplicate application submissions.

PROS: The WizeHive platform is easy to open on demand. We can completely monitor all nomination entries and then connect them to the teacher application. Plus, one teacher application is capable of handling numerous nominations too. In addition, the Zengine support team has a super quick response time and provides excellent service whenever we call.

CONS: The internal reporting capabilities of WizeHive is somehow hard and confusing to use. We prefer exporting the reports instead and do the reporting outside of the tool.

PROS: Checking applications is super easy on this platform. We can edit such entries easily too.

CONS: We have noticed some limitations with WizeHive. These make us work somehow ineffective. We have also observed some processes are too complex for us.

PROS: Its flexibility and customizability are truly outstanding. I got wonderful setting-up support from the Zengine team as well.

CONS: It has great customizability but with some noticeable restriction. It is still worth the price, however.

PROS: Everybody has a great and easy time using WizeHive. That includes our reviewers, grant applicants, and grant winners. We also frequently receive quick and dependable help from its support tool and staff.

CONS: Adding a field in a form is slightly inconvenient. I need to make extra efforts to make it editable or viewable for others.

PROS: I started working with our program department when they’re already running WizeHive. From the beginning, I’ve noticed that Zengine provides great and quality support to the users of their product. They’ve properly introduced WizeHive to me and guided me as a newbie user with helpful learning materials around. This is specifically for me to learn the custom system that they have made for our program department. Additionally, they’re always up when we have something to ask, clarify, or when we need help. They professionally inform us about the capabilities and limitations of the platform too.

CONS: It is somehow difficult to browse, considering some restrictions that are present in the tool. I also wish that there’d be a convenient alert system for notifying us about the new update. This is helpful since we still need to request help when integrating new plugins. WizeHive is an ever-improving platform, and many updates are rolled out regularly. Such an alert system would really be great.

PROS: 1) The income the platform generates. 2) Its ease of use. 3) Incredible customer service.

CONS: I cannot think of anything that needs improvement.

PROS: WizeHive is a very helpful tool for managing our program. That is because of its built-in panel publisher and a data visualization that is easy to customize. In addition, the tech support personnel are all responsive to my questions, regardless of how simple or complex my issues are.

CONS: The interface and processes of the platform is closely fitted to each other. This means that any changes that we make on a single point can affect some other functions. It is even causing some to disappear or malfunction accidentally. However, we have gradually decreased such incidents as we learn more about using WizeHive. The tech support personnel are accommodating when such incidents happen too.

PROS: Convenient and is capable of handling a large number of application submissions. It also has a support service that always helps users with the tool and knows how to optimize its functions. The support staff also helps us manage some features on the platform.

CONS: It doesn’t carry some features that we want to see, especially after WizeHive is being customized to fit our needs. Although these are not that important features, and their being absent doesn’t affect the functionality of the tool at all.

PROS: WizeHive has an efficient user panel. It also lets us create databases and generate vital reports about our program.

CONS: Its end-user portal isn’t that simple. This makes it difficult for users to understand how its linked forms work.

PROS: The Zengine onboarding staff of WizeHive was great. They have lengthy patience, which makes sure that we’re all learning. They provide some homework that we can individually complete as well.

CONS: I thought it is difficult to learn for me. But everything has become easy when the lead trainer provided some resource materials and tutorial videos for us.

PROS: It has a professional-looking layout and is very easy for applicants to use. We’ve begun using WizeHive for our Fall grant cycle this 2020, and it is bringing in huge perks. It has simplified the reviewing process of the board of directors. They can view all applications through a common hub in the platform or printed outputs. Then, they can conveniently submit the results through WizeHive for faster processing. WizeHive is really a worthy investment for us.

CONS: The platform and its backing tech support are all wonderful. It has no noticeable flaws to worry about. We’ve enjoyed smooth training and user support from them. They’re capable of suiting their methods to all users, including those who are not that proficient in using computers.
