Tango Card Review

PROS: I love how they run a process (which only takes a few minutes) without worrying about fees when spreading rewards to our teams. Previously, we had delays on expense report reimbursement. At times, we get shut out for "suspicious activity" when making a purchase worth thousands of dollars. Now, this is no longer a problem.

CONS: There's really nothing I hate. Although there have been instances where my e-mail server would block out sourced address from the cards. But then again, that's more of nuisance from my side.

PROS: Tango Card is automated with Influitive product that we use in our company. I have spent more than 5 hours a week for purchasing and filling gift card for dozen people, on a weekly basis. I remember, in a few weeks we ended up with more than 1k advocates and this was impossible to manage on my own. The integration with Influitive is great because the cards are auto-fulfilled and it really saves huge amount of time. I love the idea to add funds on account. Also, I love its support team, they are highly responsive. We needed new Global Visa because we have advocates that are from all around the world and they really helped us by inventing this kind of Visa.

CONS: Nope, I don’t have any dislikes about the product.

PROS: Tango Card offers an integration with Influitive and this helps me to recognize advocates and to remove the administration aspect of the gift card fulfillment process. It is a time-saving tool. I highly recommend Tango to everyone who has an advocacy program it’s time saving and it really meets our needs.

CONS: There is nothing I can think of.

PROS: Tango card makes my life easier, and it brings satisfaction and joy within community. Its capabilities are important for every global business. I highly recommend this product, to everyone. Great service with great customer support. I’m using it for more than a year and all I have to say how amazed and satisfied I am.

CONS: I can’t say any bad word about TangoCard.

PROS: Tango card is an extremely simple tool yet provides various options for using their services. I love its RAAS API.

CONS: You can refund any Tango card for $15 but you can’t refund some specific branded card though. I see this as an issue because we buy each tango card for $15.

PROS: The thing that I love most with Tango Card is how it can be automated in the Influitive item we're currently using at Mitel. I typically spend around 5 to 10 hours weekly making purchases and catering gift card requests for dozens of people in a week. It's Influitive integration and its auto-fulfilled functionality are both hassle-free and a time saver. I like how they're quick to response whatever inquiries or questions come their way.

CONS: At the moment, I have no concerns or whatsoever with Tango Card. They've done great by me this whole time.

PROS: Tango is well integrated with Amazon and many other reward based products. I’m using it often especially when paying for surveys or for some tasks online. It works like a debt-card but you don’t own physical card. All you have to do is to copy-paste the code and you have the payment.

CONS: Nothing to dislike, it’s extremely easy to use without physical card.

PROS: I have to say that the team behind Tango is extremely helpful and they put our needs as their priorities. The product is easy to use and if you have any questions or if you find the tool complicated they will work with you and help you to better understand their product and to use it to its fullest. The process is very easy, we put money in our account and then Tango sends the card that we purchased, without paying extra money.

CONS: I believe that they constantly build their tool, but they still have some limitations. Also, something that I don’t like is the fact that the Tango gift cards often get lost in people’s emails because they are send from Tango not from our email address.

PROS: The thing that I like best with Tango Card is that it takes a bulk of work off my shoulders. Fulfilling and handling customer problems with this software is a big plus. We never ran into issues on anything we did with them. They've been a huge help with a number of things including brand guidelines and approvals. The team were always around to assist in any situation.

CONS: To be honest. There's really nothing that we hate about them. Collaborating with them was nothing short of fantastic.

PROS: Just about every Tango Card member I interacted with are responsive. They've prioritized each of our problems and looked into each one. Service was really easy to get around. They're willing to go long and far to help determine a suitable solution you want to get done. What's more, there's no added cost in utilizing the service --- no fees or whatsoever.

CONS: Since they intend to continue building on to what they're offering, they suffer from certain restrictions on what they're providing. Since e-mails with gift cards are entirely from Tango Card, they have a tendency to get easily lost in people's e-mail inbox.
