TenantCloud Review

PROS: I've been able to enjoy a slew of benefits such as a more organized business structure, better client management, and data centralization.

CONS: I think it's high-time for TenantCloud to introduce more sophisticated bookkeeping support to its users.

PROS: I love just how it takes away the stress of knocking on every tenant's door to ask for rental payment. Transactions can now be done online with zero hassle to both me and the tenant.

CONS: The amount on the invoice and the amount indicated on a tenant's contract mirror each other. I had a hard time disconnecting the two to adjust the invoice without having to touch the contract.

PROS: I've been using this program for years now, and I can't imagine running my business without its help. It has made things a lot easier for me. I admire the dedication of their developers to make sure that the features continue to be relevant to their users. Even my tenants love the convenience that this program provides. The non-tech savvy ones can easily navigate through it and make payments online.

CONS: It's hard not to be able to simply dial their support team for help. I'd have to file a ticket for every issue that I encounter.

PROS: First of all, what makes this program stand out from its competitors is its affordability. It does not have hidden charges. If you're looking for a good value for your money, you won't go wrong with this one. It's clean and easy to learn also. I also love how it easily keeps up with the times because developers often upgrade it.

CONS: The customer support aspect of this program is not that great. For one, they would rather answer issues via a filing of tickets. Not only does this take up too much of our time, but we also get templated responses too. A lot of time and headache would be spared if they just allow voice communication between their reps and us users. Another issue I have is with their mobile application. It's very clunky. Plus, it requires me to input my login credentials every time I want to get into the system. It's such a hassle.

PROS: The transparency that this program provides is second to none. All of the information I need is just within reach. I don't have to go through a series of red tapes just to access data.

CONS: It would be nice if TenantCloud could provide a more seamless communication platform between all parties involved. Right now, I don't get notified of updates in real-time.

PROS: This is such a great assistant. It organizes and stores your data for you. You can easily tap into it if you need to retrieve information on any aspect of your business. Plus, you can easily track those who have an outstanding balance with you and those who have a clean record of payment.

CONS: The program has a transferring fee--a necessary but inconvenient aspect of this program. The waiting time for the money to be transferred to your bank can take a few days too.

PROS: Out of all my options, TenantCloud made the most sense for me to use. The environment is really simple and straightforward. Plus, once I was able to figure out a way to make the most out of their customer support tickets, the reps are pretty helpful.

CONS: I'd have to wait longer to get a response for any issue I may have raised through their ticketing platform. But overall, this isn't much of a problem.

PROS: This is easily one of my favorite programs. It helps me take care of all things related to my business--from making sure that my clients comply with requirements to sending them billing statements.

CONS: Nothing. This has everything I need and more.

PROS: I recruited the use of this program so I can avoid the manual task of sending invoices to my clients. Admittedly, it was a little intimidating to use at first. My knowledge, when it comes to computer solutions, is just basic, and TenantCloud proved to be a challenge for me to learn. But over time, I got to learn more about the quirks of this program and I'm currently reaping the benefits.

CONS: I've been getting mixed reviews and impressions with this program. Take the tech support aspect of it, for example. There are times when they would respond quickly to me. Other times, I would have to wait a few days just to get an answer from them. It would be nice to have 24/7 support. I can't always rely on the FAQ on the manual that they have provided. Not only is it incomplete, but it's also confusing too. Some of my clients have a hard time understanding this program as well. While other more tech-savvy tenants have no problem using it, some of my less knowledgeable clients feel the opposite. I guess this is just a matter of familiarizing themselves with the interface.

PROS: I have a small-scale rental property and TenantCloud takes away my stress of having to handle everything.

CONS: It would be nice if some information (such as the payment standing of my tenants) would be more accessible. It's a hassle to keep on generating reports just to see who owes me their dues.

PROS: First of all, I chose this program because I think it gives the most value for my money. It's affordable considering that it boasts of quite an impressive list of features. It has reduced most of my manual tasks, and I continue to discover new benefits as I explore it further.

CONS: TenantCloud is not exactly user-friendly. I've lost some of my prospects simply because this program asked way too many questions from them. User-experience is not smooth and tenants often get stuck trying to figure their way out of a page. So far I've been able to figure out a way to avoid these issues, but it would be nice if the developers would look into this further. So far, it does not provide the best user experience to my tenants.

PROS: This has the complete suite of services that I need to manage my business. From making sure that all legal requirements are covered to bookkeeping--TenantCloud helps with these and more!

CONS: It would be nice to have more control over the app updates.
