ThoughtSpot Review

PROS: ThoughtSpot is a topnotch business intelligence tool that I have seen progress beginning its creation and up to know what it is now with its countless upgrades.

CONS: ThoughtSpot is often quite behind other rivals when it comes to introducing new iterations. So I suggest they accelerate their advancement.

PROS: ThoughtSpot is the best BI out there, with its vast features and competitive pricing.

CONS: I haven't experienced any error or slow down so I'm very pleased about this.

PROS: ThoughtSpot harnesses a powerful machine learning tool that can more accurately find what we want based on simple word searches and provide insights with more detail as to how these data are relevant to us.

CONS: Moving forward, I hope to see ThoughtSpot adopt new features like sharing and new visualization templates.

PROS: I can upload files on the web using just URL. This makes my uploading process easier and faster.

CONS: It sucks that it imposes limits on uploading files.

PROS: The user journey in ThoughtSpot is very effortless from beginning to end. We are particularly impressed with its maximized collection of data sources and granular user definitions. So now we don't need experts to create charts, thus, eliminating staffing costs.

CONS: We occasionally encounter loading errors. But you can request help from its technical support and they suggest some setup adjustments for the app to run faster.

PROS: With its SpotIQ Automated Insights and intelligent search suggestions, among others, ThoughtSpot stepped up the game for BI. It is extremely user-friendly and has been improving with very useful upgrades.

CONS: I often encounter errors when uploading files. It's very limiting.

PROS: ThoughtSpot offers a wide array of visualization options that you can customize flexibly to fit them to your needs. It also integrates seamlessly with Microsoft tools. Its smooth operationalization gives me peace of mind.

CONS: I hope it could offer training for onboarding so this could make the learning process easier and faster. Apart from this, we encounter lags in the load time after changing data streams and filters being used. We hope, overall, its technical team could proactively and systematically check errors happening in the software.

PROS: ThoughtSpot is a great miner of data. It goes beyond searching to providing data which you never thought you could make use of until you used ThoughtSpot

CONS: This platform perfectly suits my needs. I have no issue with it whatsoever.

PROS: ThoughtSpot can integrate smoothly with all widely used warehousing software, and it provides an automated calendar that is easily accessible to our team.

CONS: Their pricing should be more at par with its competitors so it can be more attractive. Then, in the beginning, we needed time to learn ThoughtSpot which I think is normal with all transitions.

PROS: ThoughSpot is an excellent BI tool that can integrate with your various data sources, and you can access all of them through only ThoughtSpot. It also has a set of stringent standards to ensure that only authorized people have access to sensitive data.

CONS: It held a forum session that was very organized and had panelists with really helpful insights.

PROS: I'm saving a great deal of time in changing charts and variables, in using the real-time keyword validation feature, and leveraging insights provided by SpotIQ

CONS: It took quite a learning curve before we could understand the interface and how certain commands work. There remain tedious processes in the system, such as when producing sheets and when sharing access to documents.

PROS: ThoughtSpot boasts of a powerful search function that allows easier and faster mining of data. Apart from this, I love that ThoughSpot allows easy creation of charts to make them visually appealing and understandable.

CONS: I attended a session to learn more about how organizations leverage ThoughtSpot but most had very generic insights, which were not helpful for someone like me who has an average understanding on how to use the software.

PROS: Its biggest strengths for me are its interface, SpotIQ Analytics, integration with various other tools, and prompt action from its technical support team.

CONS: I hope it could allow more room for modification in data modeling.

PROS: It processes and creates visualizations of data like the speed of the light. The easy to customize and understand interface is also a must-have.

CONS: The command for modifying category labels can be a bit tricky.
