PROS: Ever since we used the TrackSmart, our employees have had no trouble checking on their schedules which they can easily access on their mobile devices. It also makes it easy for employees to inquire about their schedules such as change shift.
CONS: So far, we've had no problems with TrackSmart. It was easy to set-up and easy to use. Convenient not only for managers but for employees as well.

The scheduling application really helps a lot especially for immediate and unscheduled tasks because you can check on everyone's availability. And, also helps in creating a sort of interpersonal relationship because important personal dates such as birthdays and anniversaries are noted on the calendar.
CONS: It would be better if users could customize the PTO categories because the software's default makes requesting and approving time off a bit confusing.
