PROS: TradeGecko is all we needed to manage and track our inventory. Apart from a wide array of features and capabilities, we also love its user-friendliness. My employees were able to learn how to use this system in no time.
CONS: I cannot think of anything that is a problem with this system. We are able to control the number of containers we use in a seamless and more effective way. It also makes inventory management easier even if it's not integrated with our POS.
The least favorable review

PROS: TradeGecko allowed us to interface both our accounting software and e-commerce operations together. This enabled our company to fuse these tools and use them to manage our sales and processes in physical locations. It makes everything so simple under one centralized platform. Nothing makes our job possible and enjoyable but TradeGecko.
CONS: It lacks the ability to integrate with brick-and-mortar sales systems. We use Square Payments and when sales occur onsite, we have to perform manual stock updates. It would be awesome if this feature is added so that everything will be automatic and, as a result, be more accurate as it will be free of human errors. Other than this, it is perfect for us.

PROS: My team and I are lucky to have found this platform. We sell hundreds of products through different online selling platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and of course, Shopify. With the help of TradeGecko, all of our products, invoices, and records are well organized under one system. We no longer have to do our inventory manually, which usually takes days to finish. Also, using this app makes it easier to process and ship orders right away. TradeGecko works seamlessly with different Apple devices, thus boosting our sales in no time. Using TradeGecko makes it easier for the team to check for items on stock in different areas, and we find it very useful during special sale events.
CONS: For me, TradeGecko is a wonderful app that helps my staff, and I become more productive. It has a lot of positive attributes compared to the negative ones. I would say that they need to work on syncing the right product images in our Shopify accounts to avoid misunderstandings with our clients. This is just a minor issue, and I’m sure that they can work on this soon.

PROS: Stock inventory is a tough thing to handle, especially if you have a large number of stocks. Our company owns several storage areas, and we have to find ways to manage our inventory efficiently. We also ship our products across different countries; that's why we must align our prices accordingly. Tradegecko also provides us with comprehensive sales reports and keeps track of every customers' shopping history, which we appreciate in many ways.
CONS: If you are short on budget, you might think twice whether you should get one. Honestly, investing in TradeGecko is not cheap because you have to have to pay for the subscription and the installation fees.

PROS: My job entails me to deal with a lot of things in the office, and there are days when I can hardly manage my workload. I appreciate the fact that I was introduced to TradeGecko because it helped me deal with a lot of work-related issues. Handling inventory weekly is now easier and more convenient, plus I can process pending and bulk orders faster than before. Business transactions are now made easier because of TradeGecko. I can monitor incoming and outgoing stocks, manage pricing and discounts, take charge of invoices, coordinate concerns from warehouse, and maintain excellent relationships with clients by only using one centralized platform.
CONS: It would be great if they can sync TradeGecko with more 3rd party apps. Currently, we're using Square for collecting and processing different types of payments. If they decide to implement this system, it will be easier for us to keep track of our merchandise while selling them to our clients face to face.

PROS: TradeGecko integrates our accounts system and e-commerce into one easy-to-follow platform. Now, we can manage our purchasing, stocks, and sales comprehensively. Everyday operations are made efficient and even convenient.
CONS: There are things that can be improved. I hope that they would add more customization features. I noticed that when you need to add a temporary shipping address due to a customer request, you have to go to their profile and edit it. I guess they could add an alternative shipping address to the invoicing phase or just more information fields so users can get more creative and be more flexible with handling orders.
Tradegecko is one of the most promising inventory tool ever created. It’s complete, versatile and reliable so what more can I ask for.

PROS: Our company maintains a list of online stores in Amazon, Shopify, and other sales platforms. This means that we also have to deal with lots of issues in our day to day operations, which, of course, includes inventory and sales. Doing things manually takes time, so we decided to invest in a platform that will help us monitor the movement of our products. Tradegecko is an all in one platform that we can depend on to ensure that all of our stores have sufficient stocks all year round.
CONS: There are times where product codes get messed up by the system resulting in incorrect pricing. Whenever this scenario happens, we have no choice but to readjust the codes and prices manually, which takes up too much time. Thankfully there have product experts who often guide us to fix whatever issues we have.

PROS: So far, the platform performs fairly well. It offers helpful features such as filters, quick search, as well as exporting information capability.
CONS: One of the biggest issues we encountered using this software is the email address used to send invoices or invitations to our customers. Our company has many sales representatives but all of the messages they send to recipients use only one email address. Typically, recipients are less likely to open their emails especially if it comes from unknown email address. I also had to explain to most of them, especially the new customers, why they receive emails like that. So we would really appreciate if TradeGecko will let each software user send invitations or invoices using their own email address. It would also be nice if they remove the little gray bar with "show 50 items" located at the bottom of the page or just put it somewhere else so the information at the bottom line of the page will not be covered.

PROS: I would rate most of its features as 4 or more stars. With TradeGecko, you get a full suite of services that are meant to help you with your stocks, manage your invoices, and so much more!
CONS: TradeGecko doesn’t really work seamlessly with other tools. In my experience, I’ve had to manually set up shipping details as well as the system for refunding. These are the tasks that I would expect a management tool like TradeGecko would already take care of for me.

CONS: TradeGecko is a bit expensive but the range of functionalities and the service itself is worth every penny.

PROS: TradeGecko simplifies a lot of business processes, that is why I am thankful to those people who are behind this platform. Now I no longer have to worry about monitoring and replenishing my stocks because, with TradeGecko, everything is done on time. Also, it can process orders from start to finish and move stocks from one store to another without breaking a sweat.
CONS: I found my comfort zone with TradeGecko. There might be some glitches, but it's not that serious for me to decide to look for a new platform. So far, I'm happy with the product, and I hope that this feeling will stay forever.

PROS: We still haven’t fully explored the capabilities of this solution yet, but I really like what I’m seeing so far. I want to completely maximize the uses for this tool, so I’m being methodical in my approach and in getting to know TradeGecko. However, two things that I have noticed and really like about TradeGecko so far is 1) it is multi-lingual which is what I need 2) the support team does their job well.
CONS: We’ve recently switched to TradeGecko and the transition isn’t as smooth as I would like it to be. There are certain apps that we use for other tasks that don’t work well with this system—needless to say, this can be quite daunting.

PROS: I like how TradeGecko helps me organize and track everything. With this software, I am able to handle more tasks and maximize time.
CONS: It would be nice if the software features multiple language options so users can make transactions using the language they know or are most comfortable. I am managing two foreign accounts, one is owned by an English speaker and the other one by Spanish. Right now, I am editing the language using Adobe Acrobat.

PROS: TradeGecko has been helping us track and manage our stocks—and their system is thorough and easily understandable. On top of all this, they have a really helpful support team too.
CONS: For some of our B2B transactions, I would prefer for the inventory to be transparent to both parties. Other than this, all seems good on our end.

PROS: What I like about this tool is that they are constantly evolving and improving their services to keep up with the demands of the market. I’m sitting back to see what else this app has to offer in the coming months.
CONS: Again, I know that this app is a continuous work in progress, but I do hope that they fix their integrations soon. I’d like to be able to work more smoothly with the other tools that my company use. As a suggestion: Please add a tracker for the users. I want to be able to see the movement of a customer in relation to the team member that handles him/her.

PROS: TradeGecko helped us to bring our inventory management to the next level. It is a great platform that syncs our inventory for our business. We do wholesale and we use the software a lot. It keeps track of our average moving cost for every item and it helps us be on top of everything. Information is very easy to pull up. We can find data about our suppliers, customers, and stocks in just seconds. Before TradeGecko, this was not possible.
CONS: The reporting is good but we hope for them to include an item’s life cycle. Also, we deal with different currencies so it would be awesome if TradeGecko will support multiple currencies. We want to be able to process payment and even deposits within the platform itself.
