Twilio Platform Review

PROS: Simple. It can be used on mobile and web. Real-time delivery of messages. Easy to monitor every interaction with the customer. Support is also reliable and quick to respond.

CONS: 160 character limit with text messages.

PROS: Been with Twilio for the past three years now, and I still love how I can easily incorporate it into our company's CRM system. It made our communication with a customer more efficient.

CONS: Getting a new number when the location is in a major city.

PROS: This is an overall great application for IVR and text messaging needs. It delivers text messages as soon as you send them. It has great audio quality, text to speech is functional and quite impressive, and efficient call routing. It integrates well with other languages and has many functions like text status monitoring, call forwarding, initiates calls, and receive calls. And it is secure.

CONS: A tad is expensive than I expected, but it has some unique features, so I guess it's okay.

PROS: Easy to learn how to use, customizable for people with a technical background.

CONS: Some functions in the marketplace cannot be added.

PROS: Twilio lets us use WhatsApp's web version even without a phone, so it is definitely convenient and organized. We can dedicate two accounts for our business, one on my phone and one on the computer to handle customers' emails. Everything is organized.

CONS: I needed to learn some programming. Twilio assigns the number for the web version of WhatsApp.

PROS: Smooth integration between Twilio and third-party apps which solidifies our transparency efforts about transactions made by customers on our business. Twilio made our operations smoother than ever before.

CONS: Dropped calls and audio quality can become an issue sometimes. I can't pinpoint precisely if that is a net provider issue, the app, or both. There are also instances where text messages take too long to send.

PROS: Easy to search interactions, great for reviewing previous businesses with clients to better support their needs during an exchange.

CONS: Some interactions are logged twice on the system.

PROS: Easy to use. Easy to track phone numbers, easy to add and remove them in the system.

CONS: It is challenging to reach support.

PROS: The set up was relatively quick and easy, I can immediately assign a number to my team members, and it was easy to use and navigate. Their support is terrific and they guided us through the journey by providing useful articles.

CONS: Support will help if the concern is marked urgent.

PROS: We can easily have phone numbers, and we can use them immediately on our e-commerce ventures.

CONS: The software can be tricky sometimes. Fees quickly pile up.

PROS: Tracking logs has been easier with Twilio. The app is easy to use and easy to navigate. Their support is also knowledgeable and they really take care of their clients.

CONS: We experienced a minor problem with the SIP integration.

PROS: Twilio is a very reliable tool. It reports every action it does, and it can be integrated into any other software. Setup is simple and user-friendly. An overall great experience working with Twilio.

CONS: Character limit of 160 in text messages.

PROS: Helpful and knowledgeable customer service.

CONS: Generating reports was a little confusing. I hope for a more detailed reporting as well.

PROS: They make life easier for developers because they removed the learning curve, guesswork, etc. So we can proceed to integrate it into the company's system immediately. Saved us time and effort.

CONS: Simple if we know how APIs work but for new developers, there is still a learning curve.

PROS: Easy to integrate with the programs we currently use.

CONS: I have nothing bad to say about Twilio. The service and the product have been exceptional.
