PROS: This is an overall great application for IVR and text messaging needs. It delivers text messages as soon as you send them. It has great audio quality, text to speech is functional and quite impressive, and efficient call routing. It integrates well with other languages and has many functions like text status monitoring, call forwarding, initiates calls, and receive calls. And it is secure.

CONS: A tad is expensive than I expected, but it has some unique features, so I guess it's okay.

PROS: Twilio lets us use WhatsApp's web version even without a phone, so it is definitely convenient and organized. We can dedicate two accounts for our business, one on my phone and one on the computer to handle customers' emails. Everything is organized.

CONS: I needed to learn some programming. Twilio assigns the number for the web version of WhatsApp.

CONS: Dropped calls and audio quality can become an issue sometimes. I can't pinpoint precisely if that is a net provider issue, the app, or both. There are also instances where text messages take too long to send.
