PROS: It offers a secure platform, it is easy to use, it is a lot of work on any language so I think is one of the best platforms.
CONS: The policies change and they don't advice via email, so you don't get up to day unless you are a regular user from the Upwork community. You get banned/suspended/canceled account without warning, you just get in the account one day and they just simply block you
