PROS: The Vinchin Web console is very easy to configure and use. I can do either backup, instant recovery and fully recovery my VMs, it's very stable and reliable performanced. This fantastic solution has just covered all of our needs for backing up and restoring.
CONS: The initial setup process of getting my vinchin installed in my esxi gave me some trouble with booting problem. But I was able to get it working by the support of the vinchin team.

PROS: I like the instant vm recovery feature, it's designed for on-premises DR!
CONS: I think if they can improve their job reporting, that would be better.

PROS: we have 13 xenserver 7.4 hosts are in need of protection. After 2 months evaluation, we decided to buy vinchin. Because it's a reliable product and their team is great. During the test progress, we had a few problem, honestly it is BUG, but vinchin surprised me, when we talk to the citrix support, they didn't explain why although they solved the problem finally. So we went to vinchin, Mr Yuhang the support guy was very polite and patient, explained why the BUG exists and provided me a patch in the same day. Very efficient company.
CONS: No, I'm very satisifed with vinchin. I like to use it.

PROS: It only took me 5 minutes to get this software installed in my environment.
CONS: I think you can improve your technical documents a little bit.
