PROS: I was searching for a tool that would help me to manage complex inventory and a tool that would provide me with thorough financial reports on profit and trends. Thankfully, I have found Zoho which fits perfectly with my business. The dashboard is easy to use and straightforward.

PROS: I really like how this product is designed. It allows you to keep track of every step from the very beginning till the end. There are great integrations with other Zoho products and third party applications. In addition, I like that there are options to calculate prices with Sales orders directly from my mobile device.
CONS: The searching capabilities while entering products in Sales Order needs some improvements. I need history of content of the emails that are sent from Zoho server.

PROS: It is simple and its layout is visually appealing. I can integrate it with other Zoho projects such as Zoho CRM and Zoho projects for doing some internal activities. All Zoho products combined together create one cohesive system which is highly useful for keeping track of every aspect of your business.

PROS: I like that it allows us to subscribe to the apps that we need. Also, the other good thing is that it can be integrated easily with other outside apps. It provides great features suitable for retailers and wholesalers.
CONS: If you are part of specific industry it might not meet your needs. Imn addition, they could improve the reporting feature, it’s not customizable unless you purchase the reporting app. But, on the other hand, the app is not as user friendly as it should be.

PROS: My workmates and I rely on this tool so much. We've been using this heavily because it has all the functions that it has in its arsenal. My role in the company is mostly related to bookkeeping and ad hoc tasks and Zoho is a constant companion in all the tasks I carry out. Thanks to it, I have been able to follow the path of my stocks from the moment they become part of my inventory and all the way to their delivery to our clients after being sold. I really love that Zoho allows you to zoom in on your operations and manage them on a micro-level. You can check the items what you have on stock and how many are left. If you want to get a quick glimpse at your inventory, Zoho makes that possible too. The reports that we get after everything has been completed is pretty thorough and insightful as well.
CONS: My workmates and I are in agreement that Zoho has been the best inventory tracking tool that we have worked with. I haven’t come across anything worth complaining about. In fact, when pitted against tools of the same function, we've determined Zoho to be the best of them.

PROS: The apps are made modular to allow us to subscribe to apps that we feel that we're in need of most. The essential aspect here is that modular apps require simple integration between apps while having the ability to integrate external apps. The inventory apps has a ton of awesome functionalities.
CONS: It seems the inventory app is a bit generic. So, if you happen to be a certain industry, it may not function exactly as planned. Its reporting functionality may be its biggest weakness. It's no customer- nor product-oriented. You'll have to resort to purchasing their reporting app to be able to customize things.

PROS: Zoho is now in charge of all the manual counting and calculations that I used to do before. See, the nature of my job requires me to count my stocks and map out the proper delivery route for them on a daily basis. I can now confidently say that warehousing, delivery, and accounting of my products are accurate. My business is now better for it because I have successfully eliminated the possibilities of human error. Now with Zoho as my partner, I’ve managed to free up my time so I can focus on expanding my business rather than being preoccupied with inventory counting.
CONS: I have absolutely nothing negative to say about Zoho. Not only has it improved my workflow and productivity, but it has also taught me to be more organized too. I now have complete control over all of my business operations.

PROS: I really like how Zoho allows me to get a visual update on the transactions being carried out in our business. In the database, it’s easy to see what products we still have on hand. Likewise, keeping details of purchased products and their buyers is easy now too. Tracking all the movements of stocks and sales in our business is now so easy thanks to this robust tool.
CONS: None at all. I rely so heavily on this software and I have it to thank for making my workload so much easier.

PROS: The good thing about Zoho is its cloud-based program. I used other similar tools like Quickbooks but this one meets all my needs, it fits perfectly in my business. Zoho’s customer support service is great, there are great payment options and invoice features.
CONS: When the sales order is converted to purchase order the detailes are not available on the PO and only the default product comes through.
