CONS: There are limitations to customizing edge cases. If your invoice entails certain notes, you won't find it here. They have custom fields though. It's hard making workflows through the app.

PROS: It's easily customizable. That's good news especially when making ends meet for your company. We're currently using it as a Shared Service Center. Thanks to this, we're now able to gather our customers who are sprawled all over the globe.
CONS: They're service support needs improvement. It's hard to manage varying invoice templates for a wide range of brands.

PROS: I find it very easy to use. Very much straightforward. They happen to have a free version available. Its recurrent invoicing functions really well. If you a highly customized invoice template with another customized email template, you have yourself a professionaly looking service.
CONS: Customization for edge cases is currently limited at the moment. Let's just say you want an invoice that would entail additional notes such as currency exchange details. You'll never spot anything like this built from within. Although they do have customized fields. Making workflows on the app can be difficult.

PROS: The learning curve is painless. Simple to utilize. It's affordable just using its basic features. When I gave this tool a try, I was able to quickly do invoicing after 10 or so minutes of inputting my first client as well as company details. Being able to give this software a run for free for the first several clients is really great!
CONS: It's not recommended in registering expenses. Zoho Invoice has a bit of a problem with taking in an expense note listing more than one item consisting of varying VAT rates. I realized their exporting time registration on one project between two calendar dates a little overwhelming.

PROS: The greatest functionality with Zoho Invoice is its invoicing capability. Such functionality makes it simple for me to send invoices to clients in a timely manner. Zoho also has its own cool invoice templates. These templates are crisply clean, simple, and very professinal looking.
CONS: So far, Zoho Invoice hasn't given me any headache or whatsoever. But if there's one thing I'd recommend, it'd be allowing more members in the team collaborate. That would help each team to focus on their main goal.

PROS: Why would I change a product that satisifes my business needs completely? There are many adorable features packed in Zoho Invoice, and I will mention my top favorites: It is heaped with modules for small consulting, and that helps me invoice customers, track time and expenses, and to store contact information; The modules are both cloud and mobile, meaning that you can work wherever you are. Finally, the program is that intuitive that it doesn't require special learning efforts to start generating invoices and tracking the unpaid ones.
CONS: Nothing, really. Nothing at all.

PROS: This tool saved my life a million times. I can't get enough of it! I have a hard time trying to break down how great this software is. I can't get enough of how mobile apps are so easy to work with. The tool is super simple to utilize. It's rich with features and won't need you to be an accountant just so you can utilize it.
CONS: I swear. I'm doing the best I can to find anything negative with this tool. The app intended for the Windows device is so far behind compared to the Android version when it comes to usability and functionality. It'll require a bit of work in order to have parity with the Android operating system.

PROS: The most difficult part of our business is to manage time, not even to mention simple management. I didn’t believe that is possible until I discovered Zoho Invoice! All I have to do now is to start the project, wait for a Zoho confirmation, turn the project into an invoice, and let the program log time against it. I am also in charge of creating customers, assigning and tracking tasks. You may think I'm exaggerating, but there is some royal feeling attached to this program! We've integrated it with Stripe to enable various online-payment scenarios (recurring building, 30 days billing) and we haven't faced a single scenario Zoho Invoice cannot deal with. The program closes invoices automatically upon receiving payment, and I simply jump on the next invoice.
CONS: Archiving could be much better, if there was a customer archiving rule, for instance. This way, I have to do it manually.

PROS: It is logical to expect billing software to automate invoice generating, but I never expected something this simple! I create a customer, enter some basic data, save it, and send it. That's it! Consequently, no learning was involved. I felt as if were using this program for ages.
CONS: I'd skip the paying part, if that was possible. I mean, Zoho Invoice costs bottom dollars, but if we're already forced to work on the web, it should at least be for free. In any case, don't take this as a complaint, for what I know now I'd pay much more to have this product in hands, it motivated me to deal with my most hateful activity-generating invoices! Obviously, why would you hate something that takes just 30 seconds to be done?
What the folks are saying are true. This is, by far, one of the best tools ideal for startups and a whole lot more.

PROS: Zoho has ticked all the boxes even as a startup trying to make it through the recession. Growth is expected to be slow. That means, costs will need to be handled very carefully. The tool has made it all the more possible to start invoicing almost immediately. It's professionally made and offers excellent portability.
CONS: Right now, I can't find anything that I hate with this tool. I'm currently using its free plan. But I have every intention to upgrade in the later going. There are a lot of good things that make this product. So much functionalities found in the free plan.

PROS: Don't expect Zoho to convince you at first shot, it takes time to get to the bottom of its functionality. Honestly, I waited a while until it blew me away, but observed this way it made sense. It think that the developers had a lot to do with it, they never stopped working to improve the product. Well, you're probably wondering why you should implement it, and I will give you 3 solid reasons: 1. It is fast. 2. It is efficent. 3. It is almost free.

PROS: I'm using both Zoho Invoice and Zoho Books to provide invoices for my clients, and to keep track of my overall income and expenses. I'm really satisfied with the quality of the product, even if it was not designed to support inventory tracking (I need it because I work in a production company using rental equipment). You can't have it all, right? The price is good enough to consider it anyways, but in case you rely largely on 3rd party system integration, there are better options for you (Quickbooks, Xero, etc).
CONS: The lack of inventory tracking was not as bad as the lack of a classic attachement option, I had to attach rental contracts to your invoices/estimates per email.
