PROS: Zuora is user-friendly, responsive, and easy to set-up and what’s important they are open to new ideas and suggestion, they made important changes and customizations. They really listen their customer needs. Zuora makes our business easier.
CONS: When I start to work with Zuora for the second time, I found that their support team were less responsive. I was facing with many issues and bugs. They need to focus more on quality instead launching the product quickly without testing it.

Also, we are able to set roles, we can set certain task to each user role, and the others are able to view the billing data. Doesn’t show the full credit card number and that means that the software is confidential.
CONS: I would like to see improvements in their reporting features, also the interface where you can create reports is not simple and you need to search for tools.

PROS: Zuora is intuitive and easy to set up. Their support team is excellent, they helped for sales implementation to support and they worry for their customer success management.
CONS: We need some features for translation, Zuora offers limited beta version for translating, but the features are limited. They need to include REST API and e-commerce and custom integrations. But the good thing is, Zuora is trying their best to improve the product. This Z-spotlight will help in solving many issues.

PROS: We moved to Zuora from very complex and inflexible platform. Zuora provides us with great features and we definitely love this software. We are allowed to create a custom workflow with rate plans and subscriptions. Great integration with Salesforce. This software allows us an easy access to subscriptions, invoices and customer details. We are provided with detailed reporting and analytics.
CONS: The support team is good but it takes to much time to resolve some issues. Also, the product is inflexible when it comes to custom requirements.

PROS: Zuora has made an integration with Salesforce. With standard reporting features we are allowed to see our critical subscription metrics. With quoting module we build a robust process for sales so we can see the progress of our pricing and discounting strategies.
CONS: I would like to see some improvements in revenue recognition features. However, there are lot of improvements in Zuora.

PROS: With Zuora we can put clients into batches and this is great for easier invoicing, we are able to put clients into a credit card batch for those who pay via credit, also we put clients into external batch for those who pay external and so on. With this software, invoicing is quick and easy. Zuora sends automated emails to clients and this is really helpful for our business. I love their support service, always ready to help.
CONS: They need to make some improvements on reporting features, because it takes some time to receive the information I need. The good thing is that Zuora allows to create own invoice templates, but they could make this feature more simple.
