The second tier is a monthly paid service plan that includes advanced support such as standard security checks, service monitoring, OS reinstallations, SSH configurations, OpenVPN setup, added control panel installations and configurations, WHM/cPanel management, and LAMP setup. Under this package, you get four hours of dedicated support each month.
The premium support package can be purchased by the hour. It includes customized monitoring solutions, GRE configurations, advanced webserver configurations, load balancing, firewall, and network configurations, and advanced server management.
Heficed also provides users access to more than 600 tutorials that cover subjects such as basic Linux navigation, advanced Apache scripting, creating email accounts in cPanel, WordPress installation and configuration, and more.
