Uptime & Reliability of HostDime
HostDime offers an uptime guarantee of 99.9% for its shared hosting plans. If the uptime falls below 99.9% in a month, HostDime will credit the customer. The credit is worth 10% of the customer’s monthly fee if the uptime falls between 95% – 99.9%. The credit increases to 25% for 90% – 94.9% uptime, and 100% if uptime is below 89.9%.
HostDime maintains a state-of-the-art, storm-resistant data center in Orlando, Florida. This data center has standard industry security measures including 24/7/365 onsite personnel, UPS, and diesel generators to assure reliable services.

Terrible - you will regret using them! My website and entire email system was down for 2 days- I have only been with them for 4 months and in that time had 4 very SERIOUS problems. If you own a business, you will be in a nightmare if you go with Host Dime. Horrendous service and MASSIVELY UNRELIABILITY. On 2 separate occassions, prospect emails were simply vanishing, not even existing on the server, not in spam and no one getting bounce back errors. These communications simply ghosted into nowhere until follow up calls to these people revealed a handful of prospects certainly did send emails but were never seen by us - Host Dime just shrugged their shoulders and couldn't explain it in both incidents of many missing emails. This could have cost thousands of dollars and is damaging to any business. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND! Horrendous experience.
