Completely useless hosting: -You can't install free "Let's Encrypt" SSL certificate; you have to buy certificate from them. Prices: from £72 to £480 per year. -You have to pay extra, if you want send email by Thunderbird for example: SMTP authentication £21 per year. -vTiger is not working at all - you will be logged out all the time. -Preinstalled SuiteCRM is not working. You can't send emails from the CRM. Error:SMTP connect() failed. I have this hosting just few days, so probably many more problems.

I am only giving 1 star since you cannot give 0 stars. Since Moonfruit switched over to Namesco.uk for email services, I have had countless issues signing in, then today, during my most busy time period to date for my business, yet again cannot sign into my emails, sign into my yahoo account where I received, yesterday, a notification email from namesco that I have exceeded my inbox allowance, and that they have set up a payment for me to receive more space. I call them to discuss, ask why they have given me basically no warning before shutting down my service to find out I am over capacity by 62% and my options are to either manually delete a huge number of messages or pay up. I was expecting to be told that maybe I would have to part with 5 or 10 or maybe 15 GBP to avoid having to go through this tedious and time consuming task, the lowest payment is 58 GBP. Fair enough - if they give you enough notice that you are approaching your capacity, but to shut you down then give you those two choices, unforgivable, totally lacking in any care for their customers. When I told the rep that I was already unhappy with their service and that this on top was totally upsetting and unacceptable, his response was that I am free to switch at any time, they are not 'holding me hostage' but that switching to another email provider would also cause me some 'turbulence'. What a joke. Don't waste your time like I have!

Tried to purchase a domain name. They announced 1 year free subscription + £4.99 for Domain Privacy. At checkout they charged me 4.99 + VAT, total 5.99, and after refused to provide domain name. Asked them about amount charged, the answer was: "Unfortunately, we cannot locate this payment in our system". How they can charge for Domain Privacy before providing domain name?
