PROS: Their customer support is fantastic.It is very user-friendly. It doesn't appear complex, but it can do powerful things. We got the tool customized as per our need.It's pretty simple to get your head around, they don't spam you with updates and random promotions. Very intuitive and logically built. I'm the administrator for my company and me almost never have to spend a lot of time to figure out how to do things. This product really fits the needs of salespeople/business developers and without getting overcomplicated.
CONS: There is nothing as such problematic, he has access to their Helpdesk team, who resolve the queries asap.

PROS: We decided to move from manual tracking to automation. There are so many options that confused us but then we reached out to Channelplay. Adoption of the product was so smooth, it was done within 2 weeks. Since I have two sales team, one based out of India and another one in London, I have all the information of my sales team in the automated report. My job is sorted with this tool.
CONS: I really cannot find anything wrong with this tool so far.

PROS: This is a simple tool, user adaption rate is pretty high. We needed something simple: a sales force automation that let us keep track of stocks, our order , attendance of sales people. 1Channel does that and does it well. The UI was initially more approachable for newer teammates that hadn't worked in a SFA before.
CONS: There are some features that I am looking forward like Distributor Management.
