CONS: We have to learn to re-configure the software whenever there's an upgrade.

PROS: Acquia allows users to publish content on different sites.

CONS: They can improve the Experience Manager component as it's a bit frustrating to utilize. I also hope they would allow JS code into variable content. The Marketo Connector can also improve by syncing the database instead of just bringing in existing records.

PROS: This software has been proven useful when it comes to contact management whenever we need to follow up and monitor campaigns. It's fairly easy to use and setup. I also find the time zone adjustments useful!

CONS: There are some errors with the latest updates.

PROS: I love the Campaign Builder! It's a great tool -- reliable, quick, and straightforward! It allows users to set-up a drop-down menu easily. The layout is also awesome. Overall, I recommend this software. It's regularly updated!

CONS: Installation can be a little technical if you don't have an expert with you. Price is not an issue because it's open-source, but the problem with this is it requires more work and the assistance is a bit limited.
