Acquia Review

PROS: Acquia simplifies the personalization of the data that you collected. It allows users to create segments based on these data.

CONS: It cannot be a replacement for A/B testing as I expected.

PROS: This software has been proven useful when it comes to contact management whenever we need to follow up and monitor campaigns. It's fairly easy to use and setup. I also find the time zone adjustments useful!

CONS: There are some errors with the latest updates.

PROS: This is an affordable tool with great functions! It's user-friendly and has many available guides, so setting up campaigns will never be a problem.

CONS: Switching between emails can be tricky.

PROS: There are so many things to love about Acquia but the following are what makes it better than it's competitors: (1) customizations; (2) integration with Drupal; (3) configuration options; and (4) external segmentations!

CONS: It's a bit technical for people without a programming background.

PROS: Acquia's features allow us to improve our website. Its customer support has also always been helpful whenever we need assistance.

CONS: We don't have any bad experience yet!

PROS: I love the Campaign Builder! It's a great tool -- reliable, quick, and straightforward! It allows users to set-up a drop-down menu easily. The layout is also awesome. Overall, I recommend this software. It's regularly updated!

CONS: Installation can be a little technical if you don't have an expert with you. Price is not an issue because it's open-source, but the problem with this is it requires more work and the assistance is a bit limited.

PROS: It's easy to use and really helpful in our digital marketing efforts. It allows us to view information easily.

CONS: The designing tool for email and landing page is not that user-friendly.

PROS: Acquia allows users to publish content on different sites.

CONS: They can improve the Experience Manager component as it's a bit frustrating to utilize. I also hope they would allow JS code into variable content. The Marketo Connector can also improve by syncing the database instead of just bringing in existing records.

PROS: It doesn't require users to pay for a license.

CONS: Since it's free, it's normal to encounter bugs. Good thing, their support team is always ready to resolve any issue.

PROS: This software is free! It's functions and features include a collection of data for its database, great integrations with other apps, and its flexibility in gathering information.

CONS: We experienced some inaccurate statements but it can be spotted and adjusted easily. You need to have a monthly subscription to use the web-based version.

PROS: The interface is great! The system is top-notch. Overall, this is a functional tool with tons of great features.

CONS: I have no issues with this software.

PROS: This open-source software is user-friendly. The integrations work perfectly.

CONS: Programmers can still improve analytics.

PROS: Highly recommended campaign builder tool! The interface is really good and helpful for non-programmers.

CONS: It doesn't have enough documentation.

PROS: Acquia has a feature wherein it's able to store user profiles. This feature makes it easier for us to plan our lead targets because it groups the profiles based on their behavior on the site.

CONS: We have to learn to re-configure the software whenever there's an upgrade.
