PROS: AddSearch Site Search has truly made a positive impact on our website. What stands out the most is how simple and intuitive the platform is to use. I also really appreciate the platform’s flexibility, giving us the ability to tweak search attributes without needing technical expertise. On top of all this, the cost is quite reasonable for the value it provides — making it an excellent choice in this space.
CONS: While the platform itself is great, I found the onboarding process a bit slower than anticipated. The sales team made the process sound quick and easy, but the integration took a bit longer than expected. That said, it still beat the implementation times of other platforms we explored. It would be great if future versions could streamline this part of the experience to make it even faster and more seamless.

PROS: After evaluating over a half a dozen search vendors, including: Clerk.io, Cludo, Elastic, Swifttype, HawkSearch, Algolia, AddSearch, SearchNode and Coveo, we decided to go with AddSearch. We chose AddSearch because they offered a comprehensive list of search features. specialize in federated search, provide options for personalization and support creation of UI. Their budget fell midway between the lowest and highest and they had the shortest implementation time for ease of integration.
CONS: We have had a few hiccups in technology; however, whenever we experienced search index or code issues, AddSearch's support team was quick to assist and helped us troubleshoot to resolve problems quickly.
