What Problems Will ADVANTAGE 365 Solve?
1. RENTALS
Issuing invoices month after month for the same product is a problem unique to the rental industry. As is the concept of receiving a piece of equipment BACK after the rental is done. ADVANTAGE 365 is a superior equipment tracking so customers always know where every piece of equipment is, even if it’s on a truck being delivered, and have intuitive billing options to accommodate daily, weekly, annual, and custom rental periods.
You can even assign specific rental codes and prices to specific customers. If ABC company always gets 10% discount, you can enter it once and have the system remember. If you want the rest of your customers to get the best price no matter how long they rent for, you can have the system calculate the “Best Price”. If they rent the equipment for 2 weeks and 4 days but the monthly price would be a better deal for their customer, it charges the monthly price. However, if 3 weeks would be a better deal for them, it would charge for 3 weeks .

2. FULL INTEGRATION
If your customer pays an invoice via the Customer Portal, their credit card is charged, your invoiced is closed, and Accounts Receivables are updated without you needing to do anything. Also, if you purchase an item using a Purchase Order within ADVANTAGE 365 and drop ship it to customer site, your inventory count is updated automatically along with the new item’s location, your accounts payable, and any affect that purchase had on your inventory valuation (FIFO, LIFO, Average, etc.).

3. MEDICAL INDUSTRY
