PROS: I like that App4Legal is user-friendly, and its UI is simple yet intuitive. It optimizes the processes for admin other management needs for a law firm. It covers various areas, from scheduling, billing, reminders, contract and document management. Clients are also able to view the status of their legal proceedings via a client portal online, so you can access it in any location and mobile device.
CONS: It would be great if the dashboard would also have a summary that reflects the management of the firm in a very visual bird's eye view -- either a graphic of open and closed cases and simplified.
