For instance, you can enter or scan the VIN number of a client’s vehicle. ARI then automatically pulls all the information and details you need about the vehicle from various data service providers in the automotive industry. 

Location Tracking

ARI is a location-aware application, which means it can detect the location of your field technicians and clients in real-time. This is useful especially if you’re offering on-site or mobile auto repair services. Let’s say you have stranded clients who need emergency repair services but don’t know the address of their current location. In this case, ARI can track and recognize where these clients are exactly at and even provide the GPS coordinates corresponding to the location.  

Moreover, you can integrate ARI with map applications installed on your field technicians’ devices. This allows the app to give your field technicians directions on how to go to the client’s current location, reducing the time it takes to deliver emergency repair services. 

Auto Parts Inventory Management

The auto repair app removes the burdens you often carry when it comes to managing repair parts inventory. ARI gives you access to a list of 400 auto parts built within its system. You can select all the spare parts you need from this list and organize them into various categories. This way, you’ll be able to track items in your spare parts inventory, check the inventory status of these items, and order spare parts faster.

ARI supports barcode scanning so you can further improve how you track spare parts inventory. Thus, you can add barcodes to your spare parts which you can scan using your phone’s camera. The app instantly displays the spare parts on your device along with their inventory information and details. 

Auto Repair Business Documents

ARI allows you to produce professional-looking and high-quality documents like estimates and invoices. With its built-in customizable templates, you’ll be able to create invoices tailored to the unique characteristics and requirements of your own auto repair business. You can present the estimates and invoices you generated to your clients and let them electronically sign the documents directly on your tablet or smartphone. Plus, you can print carbon copies of estimates and invoices through a mobile printer.
