Simplify and automate your purchase-to-pay process with AvidXchange. This web-based application is designed to speed up procurement and eliminate errors such as wrong orders or duplicate purchases to make sure that you do not go over the budget.

This application gets rid of manual tasks by creating requisitions for your regular purchases to your suppliers. You can set up the items to be ordered, the date and frequency of purchase, the supplier, and who will be responsible for the procurement. Once these details are set, the application will automatically send the order to your supplier. An invoice will be sent to you via email once the order is processed.

PROS: We like that this product's operations set up is flexible according to what our company needs. It offers plenty of useful features and provides much-needed solutions for our processes, from procurement to payment.

CONS: It's good to offer multiple features. It would be even better to know how to use all of them so we can make the most of the product. It's great for managing easy situations, but trickier to manage in more complicated scenarios because of what seems like an infinity of choices available.

PROS: With AvidXchnge, we're now able to realign our AP processes and make our documents accessible on the cloud. We have a lean staff, so being able to integrate our third-party apps has allowed them to be more efficient with their time. We have an increased processing time of 30% and reduced non-automated checks by 90%. We can work on invoices in real time and wherever we are.

CONS: It would be even more amazing if the UI and design of the admin section of the service will be updated for a modern feel too, but it's not an urgent request. I like the service overall.

PROS: I like that AvidXchange is efficient because it recognizes and saves recurring invoices, the approval process is a lot quicker because of the daily email reminders for pending invoices.

CONS: Nothing. The minimal error codes we encountered in the past were quickly resolved by their support team.

PROS: I like that all our AP processes are now automated, where we can establish the standard and conditional accountability protocols. We are also able to easily set it up with our accounting system without any fuss. All our processes, from approvals to coding, invoicing, payment, and reconciliation are now a breeze.

CONS: I wish there's more room for customizing available features, where we can add fields when needed, and take out those that we don't. It would also be great to receive notifications, especially for time-sensitive issues such as delayed payments and cheque conversions.

PROS: AvidXchange is so user-friendly that you don't need to undergo rigorous training to learn how to use it. The help page is more useful now because it's also been updated with new content.

PROS: We've cut our processing times because of AvidExchange. We've been more efficient and we continue to find ways to improve even more. I appreciate being able to download documents when needed, plus we can find, filter, and monitor items a lot easier.

CONS: There's surely a better and more perceptible process for the account number function in the next system updates.

PROS: I find it easy to find my way around the software, and for any doubt or concern that comes up, the customer service team is on hand to help out. They're patient and would always go the extra mile to help me resolve my issues.

CONS: It would be helpful for AvidXchange to work with other browsers like Safari too, and for credits to appear as they should.

PROS: I love that AvidXchange was the instigator that helped my team move all our applications and data to the cloud. It made perfect sense since AvidXchange already -- and quite easily -- got our payables on there, with clearly defined and streamlined processes. This means we can work wherever we are, with security measures firmly in place. I'm so pleased about moving to AvidXchange more than five years ago. The transition was seamless, thanks to a great transition support team who guided us every step of the way to make sure everything is clear and well understood by my team.

CONS: It would be great for the program to be easier to understand by those who will be using it for the first time, with a smaller learning curve. Still, no complaints about my own company's experience with AvidXchange when we started using it a few years ago.

PROS: All our data is now on the cloud so things are much easier to monitor, and we've realigned our processes: it's now scalable with a lot more room for growth.

CONS: Nothing much to dislike. Some accounts would take more time to set up than others, but it might be from our end.
