PROS: Aweber is user-friendly and intuitive software. Its customer service is great and they are always responsive to our needs. Whenever we face some issues or have questions they are always ready to help and show us the right way to share newsletters and to reach out our customers.

CONS: I have found out that the system lacks some functions for e.g. it doesn’t allow the bold option. I don’t like to waste my time in searching new platform and starting over again. I believe they will improve the program even more and it will meet our needs.

PROS: User friendly, intuitive and simple system. The platform is really helpful and efficient. Their customer service is great, always responsive. When I have some issues or questions they are always ready to help, and show me the best way how to share the newsletter in the first place.

CONS: Sometimes the system is slow. Also, it lacks some functions, for e.g. the existing template for my newsletter doesn’t have “allow” the bold option. I don’t want to lose my time in searching for new platform and starting over again, I am really satisfied with this one.

PROS: I have been using Aweber for a years, I must say that I tried other platforms but this app really meets my business needs starting from email marketing and list management capabilities. I always recommend this platform. The drag-and-drop feature is really great one. I can create new and professional looking emails, I managed to leave my old custom HTML design template.

CONS: I hated the fact that I cannot import a list into the platform so easily, and whenever I want to import my contacts they need to go through double opt-in process. But, thankfully I don’t have this kind of problem anymore, because the team of Aweber removed the double-opt requirement.

PROS: Aweber is great tool for beginners and for those who are in marketing fields. The app provides you with great email marketing services with many features. The drag and drop feature is for email design templates and the feature is intuitive and really helpful. The design you create helps you to get even more subscribers. You can easily customize the subscription forms and even the amount of third party app. I have to say that their customer service is exceptional.

CONS: I would like to see integration with social media. To be more precise, I would like a feature or social media integration where I can check my subscriber’s social media profiles directly from my platform.

PROS: With Aweber I can create various email folder in order to reach out various target markets. We are using it for sales and prospects and to send out educational emails to our staff. I like that we can create those educational emails in a long series of emails and we are sending the emails on a weekly basis. When we have new employee we start sending them letters automatically. They really try hard to avoid and stop any spam emails and I like that we can send emails to those who are interested in us.

CONS: There is no option to import clients’ lists, I don’t like that we have to enter one or two email addresses at a time.

PROS: When it comes to e-mail marketing, Aweber is N1. It customer service is one of the best and they really care about their customers’ needs. I look forward to work with this app in the future. There are lot of helpful services that this program provides: user-friendly newsletter templates, free online trainings and videos, responsive and helpful customer service. You can find lot of blog articles that offer great advice on marketing, they are highly helpful if you want to expand and grow your business.

CONS: It can be difficult to learn how to use the templates, create dashboards and whatever I need in specific moment. It doesn’t use cookies cutter approach system.

PROS: I have been using Aweber for years, I can’t imagine my work without this app. First, I love their service. This app helps me to deliver and get the emails I send to my customers on my list. This app works great. Their customer service team is really responsive and whenever I have some issues with the app they are always here to help.

CONS: To be honest, I miss the connection with MeetUps. This connection was really great for talking face to face with employees, customers and other users.

PROS: I can't imagine my workday without Aweber, I’ve been using this marketing software for years and I simply love all that it offers including their customer service. With this app I can deliver and get emails to my customers and potential clients. The app works perfectly. Its support team is extremely responsive and they are always willing to help.

CONS: I’d like to see the connection with MeetUps again, this integration was great for face to face conversations with our employees, customers and users.

PROS: I’m using Aweber form the very beginning and I really like to see how this program grows and expands. I like all its features. There is direct live support, the platform is intuitive, clear and user-friendly. You can easily track and interact with your contacts. There are lot of features you can find within the software.

CONS: I don’t have dislikes about this software, because it does the job and its developer team work hard to improve the app from every angle.

PROS: My job is to help my clients in email marketing. I must say, that I am really satisfied with Aweber and their customer service. They care about their customer needs and they respond to every request. They constantly grow and upgrade their system so they could provide us with everything we need to run our businesses. I love the ability to turn off the double opt-in.

CONS: I can’t really say that I have something that I don’t like about this system. I have heard some complaints from my clients that it’s a little difficult for them to run the system. They could work on their trainings and make them more understandable.

PROS: Aweber is number one in e-mail marketing field, they care about their customer success. I believe this app will stay for long. It provides us with many helpful and beneficial services such as: user-friendly newsletter templates, free online trainings and videos, helpful customer service, great technology, and many blog articles that give advices on how to do marketing and grow our business more effectively.

CONS: I struggle with new updates, it’s difficult for me to figure out how to use templates, how to create dashboards, how to create what I need in exact moment and etc. Aweber doesn’t use cookies cutter approach system and this helps me to stay one-of-a-kind with my messages and brand.

PROS: Intuitive and user friendly platform. The layout is easy to use and I can work on email campaign without wasting so much time. The Aweber provides me with great app such as Aweber Atom App. I love the ability to add people directly to my list, this option is quick and easy to use. It saves me time and I don’t have to add contacts manually. I am really satisfied.

CONS: There is nothing that I dislike about this platform.

PROS: I’m using Aweber for a long time, before this app I tried other software but none of them met my needs when it comes to email marketing and list management capabilities. I highly recommend this product to my partners. I especially like the drag-and-drop feature. Also, this tool allows me to create professional looking emails and to drop my old custom HTML design templates.

CONS: There is no way to import a list into the platform effortlessly, and this means that when I want to import my contacts they had to go through double opt-in process, but thankfully their customer support have removed the double opt need.

PROS: Aweber’s client support service care about my needs and they are quick to respond to my requests. They constantly release new updates and provide us with great features. I like that I can turn off the double opt-in. I found it extremely useful because I can easily help my clients in launching their email marketing campaigns.

CONS: Some members of my team have difficulties in learning the system so they could include some trainings for those who have difficulties in learning the app.

PROS: I’m helping my clients to create email lists so they can keep in touch with them. Aweber with all its features, options, abilities meets my business needs. It offers easy to use, single opt functionalities and many other options. I use this app as email marketing tool and I found out that this is the right way to reach new clients, and stay in touch with your existing customers.

CONS: I have some issues with the email form code, I need to refresh the page so I can get clear code to sue with the app.

PROS: Aweber with all its features, options and abilities allows me to help my clients to create email lists so they can keep in touch with their customers. Its functionalities are easy to use and intuitive ones. I use it as email marketing tool and this is great app to reach out new clients and keep the interaction with current customers.

CONS: The email form code has some issues and it requires me to refresh the page in order to get clear code.

PROS: I have been with Aweber from their beginning and I’ve enjoyed every feature. The app provides you with direct live support. The platform is user-friendly, intuitive, and simple, great tool for tracking your contacts. It provides with many features and I want to use them all.

CONS: They really work on their improvements. I don’t have anything to dislike by now.

PROS: Aweber allows you to create different email folder so you can reach different target markets. We use this app for prospects and sales, and even to send some educational emails to our team members and other employees. The email material is written only once and when we have new employee we start them on the first mail and they will receive the rest automatically.

CONS: We would like to import our client’s list, but there is no such option, we have to enter one or two email addresses at a time, but, on the other hand, I appreciate the fact that Aweber is really trying to avoid and stop any spam emails. The app allows us to send emails to those who really want to hear from us, and we realized that spamming is only waste of time.
