When the client visits the site for inspection and makes a change in an execution parameter , it has implications in the final design copies. The onus is on the site engineer to report changes to the project manager who further coordinates with his team members for necessary revision in documents.

Lack of an organised document management system, and scattered modes of communicating the issue prolongs the decision making process along with unavoidable dilution of the actual issue reported.

With Ayoga field users can directly report issues or create change requests on drawings in their mobile devices and report it to the concerned authority. Through the mobile application, user can associate location data, attach photos and update details through simple chat conversations with the BOT.
