PROS: ODB connection with engine diagnostics is a great feature when the modules functioned. They failed frequently with my older trucks. Other features are standard GPS tracking including speeding violations.

CONS: Does not work well with trucks that have modified wiring for snow plowing. My trucks all have snow plows and on some of them that appears to cause the units to fail. Azuga attempted to solve this problem by rotating new units to my vehicles but they continued to fail. When I was forced to cancel the service Azuga charged me for early termination.

PROS: If it worked and you never had to talk to anyone, it would be great.

CONS: Poor customer service. Had lots of issues, email and email, would wait weeks for a response. Asked to have someone come out to help us get through the issues, waited 3+ weeks for someone to come from Vegas to Arizona. Issues never changed, still am waiting for a response to questions I have.
