Benevity Review

PROS: Keeps me on track of my community service time, lets me manage my personal contributions and a great help on identifying the right match for the funding.

CONS: None, it's working very well in my organization.

PROS: Make it easy to identify nonprofit groups that you'd like to help and offer employees the opportunity to build up fundraising activities.

CONS: Users haven't had any problems regarding the Benevity platform.

PROS: The greatest thing in Benevity tool is incredibly user friendly and it is useful for charitable organizations. I like how you're going to create several websites and implement tasks.

CONS: I hope there were more useful functionality. Oftentimes my company would use various channels to do it all in a single file.

PROS: Our Benevity link provides me a personal perspective of bringing our society time and resources. I can immediately view the resources that are available towards time or money, and submit an application or donate directly using the software.

CONS: It might makes me worry often, If I have not been around lately, just inform me to return. Though I haven't offered more of my time, notify me either! And inspire me to still get my coworkers to support me! And improve everything so that we can try to share more to others!

PROS: As a foundation, we are informed of contributions coming from contributors and then when the grant will be dispersed. We can still get quarterly contribution data.

CONS: It's slow to view the sponsor it's because he is a newbie contributor to our company, but it's only takes several days.

PROS: We also have this with google going to match our contribution and I enjoyed it! This was so easy to use. When there is an organization that you don't endorse in there, you should only request for them to be admitted!

CONS: I would say, for even the most component, that all was so amazing! Maybe develop faster processing of auto submissions?

PROS: I love to be able to donate, even if it's cash or voluntary work.

CONS: There is no problem about it. It's always feel good to give back.

PROS: Convenient and safe to use the application system. You could give to every foundation which you can feel of and enable the corresponding organization with a single click.

CONS: This would be awesome if there had been a social aspect to emphasize those charities and inspire employees to donate.

PROS: It's convenient to perform the repeating charitable donations. I love that I can monitor how much I have donated within a year. It's really visible if my company matches. It 's easy to identify and contribute to non profit institutions.

CONS: I'm trying to update / enhance my working time.   It is difficult to update a recurring donation amount. I need to drop a new ongoing donation and establish it.

PROS: It's very easy to use, manipulate and use the information you needed.

CONS: Sometimes when we got a paycheck, specifically if there were various donors, I really don't like that we will be having huge charges taken out.

PROS: The software is simple to use, descriptive, and helps me to do the duties I have in a timely manner.

CONS: There is nothing any feature that  l dont like or issues that might be enhanced comparing to other sites I've used before.

PROS: I really like it, I could quickly access vouchers or view my record of charitable contributions.

CONS: There is nothing to dislike of this application, it is indeed a great tool in every way.

PROS: We used to have this with Google while doing our corresponding contribution and I enjoyed it! It is very user friendly. When there is a foundation which you don't promote in it, you should only request for them all to be approved!

CONS: I would say, for even the most component, that all was so amazing! Perhaps trying to make automatic submissions quicker. 

PROS: online data input is good. But they do not capitalize on this. (see cons)

CONS: When a charity like ours wants to set up electronic payment we input our bank account information through their website. That is good. But then they asked us to upload a bank letter that has: bank name, routing, and FULL account number! No one ever asks that. Other websites ask you to set up your account online and then verify using the last 4 digits. Not Benevity. They want a document with ALL of the information on it. It is a huge security breach to have such a document floating around the office and cyber-space. They need to set up a better way like Paypal where they deposit/withdraw funds < $1.00. I will use their 3 free checks for disbursement, then close the account until they understand the danger they are putting their charities in and change their policy/requirements.
