What is Bopup IM?
Bopup is an enterprise instant messaging (IM) platform that provides businesses, organizations, project teams, and other types of users with a secure, fast, and reliable solution that lets them talk, communication, and collaborate in real-time. This IM software enables users to perform one-on-one conversations and group chats within a fully-encrypted channel even when they do it via the Internet.
With Bopup, users have control on how to secure their communication lines with three user authentication modes: Simple, Windows Authentication (SSPI) and Private login/password. Importing users accounts from a global database into a local database is quick and easy as Bopup supports Active Directory (LDAP).

Scenario 1
A manager working at a calling center would like to have a tool that sends an instant and urgent message to all employees on a specified date and time. He downloads the server software called Bopup Communication Server, and client part called Bopup Observer (one-way messenger) that will be installed on users’ computers.

After installing a central messaging server and configuring client messengers he creates a new File Distribution task on the IM server, he assigns recipients and uploads the document file to deliver.
