What is Clariti?

Clariti is a collaboration tool that helps small businesses and teams stay organized, boost productivity, and work smarter. As a viable alternative to MS Teams and Slack, Clariti allows you to manage your work into topic threads. You can send emails, chat with your colleagues, and create to-dos within threads. You can prepare topic-based to-dos and connect them to emails, chats, social feeds, and threads with the same topics or subjects.

Clariti permits you to email directly from chat and vice versa, chat with external users who don’t have a Clariti account, and make calls linked with topic threads. You’ll be able to store, share, and access unlimited files and obtain a and calendar view of scheduled events and tasks. Search features are included in the tool, such as system-wide search, saved search, context-based drill down, and search history control. Moreover, you can integrate Clariti with various cloud-based file storage systems such as Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, Box, Mega, and pCloud.

Clariti enables you to leverage topic threads to keep everything about your work organized and connected. You can create topic threads and email, chat and create to-dos in those threads. Emails, chats, and to-dos with the same topic can also be linked together in a single thread. All information and items in the threads are arranged in chronological order as well.

Clariti enhances how you and your colleagues work together, improving collaboration among team members, and boosting their productivity. Team members can view connected emails, chats, to-dos, and social feeds directly within threads. They can easily access and logically relate information from multiple applications and understand the broader context of what they’re working on. Clariti also permits them to multitask without going off the topic. They can chat while reading an email, share files via email while having a private chat, and chat or email as they’re viewing Twitter feeds.

Document Management

The collaboration tool provides a built-in document folder where you can store documents and files from desktop computers and cloud storage systems. You can automatically back up documents, implement smart versioning, and allow users to access documents wherever they are. Plus, Clariti uses the SHA-256 hashing algorithm to protect all your stored files and information.
