PROS: I’m using this software for 3 years. We tried other providers so we can send push notifications through the app but the whole process overloaded the user-base during important releases. As soon as we starte dusing this solution we’re impressed of its powerful infrastucture and it helped us to handle our load and realtime notifications to all our users. We are using it to schedule and send huge campaigns in few moments. Its customer support team is one of the best it is highly helpful and they are open to new ideas and suggestions.
CONS: There is nothing to dislike about this system.

PROS: CleverTap is easy to use with a dashboard my kids could probably figure out. Who doesn't love analytics that actually make sense.
CONS: None - if something doesn't work they way we need it to, they take note and meet our needs!

PROS: CleverTap offers great funnel analysis and retention cohorts. I like that it allows us to assess and gain detailed insight from the beginning to the end of customer journey. Also, profiles are automatically generated for every user by pulling out data directly from their app visits and actions. The other good thing is that marketing campaigns can be targeted based on the activity log of every user and user group. In addition, it personalizes campaigns with customer name, behavior and location.
CONS: There is nothing I can dislike about this system, it does the job perfectly.

PROS: I like the design of the product, also, it is simple and straightforward tool. You won’t have hard time in uderstanding it how it works. The tech documentation is detailed. The price is affordable and the initial free package is wonderful. The customer support team is great, they are always willing to help us.
CONS: Some basic features require payment. We don’t have access to features within the free package.
