PROS: I love the fact that I can ask mu customers to share their thoughts and experience about the content on social media in more professional way by simply using the Customer Advocacy. It doesn’t take so much time or effort to ask a customer to share their experience on Likedln or even to give us a reference. They are even able to redeem those points for the rewards, they really enjoy while doing this. Additionally, I would like to say that its team guided us through every step of the process, they explained everything to us and they are always responsive for our needs.

CONS: I don’t have dislikes about the product, because it runs smoothly and it’s easy to use. At first I thought that I would need more time for using the program, but once I learned it I have seen that the product is highly intuitive and user-friendly.

PROS: I cannot really explain how satisfied I am with this product. I love the process of building the platform with its team and to see how we engage our customers in a friendly manner. By using this product, you will get online reviews, social media posts, detailed case-studies and PR. You can easily achieve customer marketing objectives if you use Customer Advocacy software. We want to roll out the platform so we can promote our best employees.

CONS: I wish I could use this product for personal purposes, I would like to use it as “chore-chart”.

PROS: I have great experience with customer advocacy’s support team, they are awesome at providing helpful support. To speak the truth, it’s difficult to find a team that would guide you through the whole process of their software and who would care about their customer’s success. We really feel them as our partners, they really work hard to provide us with whatever we need.

CONS: No software is perfect, but the team behind this software constantly improve their product. Don’t have dislikes.

PROS: First of all, its customer support team is great, extremely helpful team, they have helped us during the implementation and they even include some requests that we thought would be great for the software. By using it we have expanded our views and we gain more knowledge in how to manage our clients. The software is easy to use, quick to implement, my team really loves the software and its simplicity.

CONS: In the beginning there wasn’t integration with Salesforce, but they quickly resolved the issue. Also, we used the API so we can link the system into our own system but this one wasn’t easy at all, but in the end the results were helpful.

PROS: Easy to set-up, it allows us to test and learn at the same time. This software is very flexible and allows us to cope with anything.
