HSI Donesafe Review

PROS: Donesafe has made it super-efficient for our team to record all hazards and incidents on a real-time basis. Managing those is now very convenient because of the operational flow that we have created on the platform. We don't even need to tackle a multitude of printed documents anymore tediously!

CONS: Donesafe is a useful HSE tool. It hasn't caused any drawbacks or rough experiences to us.

PROS: Donesafe provides a convenient and stellar user experience. It is capable of generating real-time reports too. That's why we can instantly take actions according to our regulations and protocols.

CONS: Donesafe is a brilliant HSE tool. I haven't come across any issues when using this in our company.

PROS: Flexibility of the system as well as the integrations between modules.

CONS: An easier way to import CSVs. It's difficult to import 500 questions that require show/hide rules

PROS: Its easy use and automation are fantastic. It is so smooth to customize depending on our company standards too. We can tweak its appearance to fit our branding and make custom questions for particular operations demands.

CONS: The main features of Donesafe are powerful enough for our entire company safety system. However, we notice some small issues with the add-ons or plugins. They deliver very restrictive addition to the main features. This doesn't help when we need additional functionalities from what we have with the main features.

PROS: Both the Donesafe platform and its technical support team are incredible. The guys quickly help us sort out complicated and straightforward issues through professional support. Our Donesafe account manager is outstanding as well. She had shaped the Donesafe UI to meet our specific demands and branding perfectly.

CONS: Donesafe has no cons. It is easy for us to maximize its functionality and use it according to our particular company demands. It efficiently carries many fingerprints of our company, such as our risk matrix, language, templates, hard copy formats, etc. No other SaaS has done that for us.

PROS: Robust and highly responsive for any HSEQ needs. Donesafe is amazingly full of functions but is easy to use. It makes it seamless and quick for any company to manage HSEQ, including operational hazards and compliance factors.

CONS: We got no dislike with Donesafe. It is a very simple platform that provides nothing but a great user experience. It works instantly upon installation too.

PROS: Its functions and intuitiveness are very impressive. Donesafe lets us easily grab and store multimedia content such as videos from CCTV and audio and image files. It helps conduct a quality investigation of incidents in our place. The Donesafe support staff are also great since they always closely listen to our inputs, which is essential, especially for a cloud-based platform.

CONS: There is no issue with Donesafe. It is an excellent platform with an interactive and trustworthy team of support.

PROS: Super flexible that it is easy to personalize depending on what our company demands. It also has reliable partners that provide quality user support whenever problems arise.

CONS: Problematic printed outputs of reports are noticeable. Yes, the report outputs on the platform are handy, but there are times when we need to grab a physical copy by printing.

PROS: We've achieved outstanding HSEQ management with the help of Donesafe. It streamlines many complicated processes through super easy solutions.

CONS: I have noticed that my staff has some problems when classifying incidents correctly. It could be a problem with the UI of Donesafe, or a mere user issue.

PROS: It is an unbelievably customizable platform wherein you can create a full HSE depending on your company's needs. You can completely personalize everything, such as setting up specific triggers and automate specific processes. It means that Donesafe fits itself into your existing system instead of the other inconvenient way around.

CONS: I have some issues with Donesafe before, and I have relayed those to the support team. Now they are already fixing those problems one by one. They are really aiming to craft the best HSE platform by continuous improvements and innovations.

PROS: The Donesafe UI is so efficient and smooth. Its seamless setting up process and quick response time are remarkable.

CONS: I hope we've started using Donesafe long before. It is boosting our HSEQ operations significantly.

PROS: Using the entire platform is a seamless experience. Donesafe has trusty tech support staff that helps me a lot as well

CONS: The module for actions lacks some flexibility. I hope it can be improved for better personalization with the module.

PROS: Donesafe is an easy to use platform for HSE. It makes its impressive customizability a big surprise since it has a straightforward UI. It is amazingly more affordable than its competitors too.

CONS: Donesafe is a brilliant platform. We need to connect with the tech support for controlling its impressive intuitiveness.

PROS: Field reporting has become unbelievably seamless for us. It also allows my staff to signify what safety topics they have discussed.

CONS: The app version of Donesafe fails in many instances, especially when my staff tries to log in. It pushes my team to use the website version instead, which is somehow inconvenient for us.

PROS: Its convenience is outstanding. All of our authorized employees can easily input hazard and incident information into the platform without hassles. They can use it to complete the necessary training too. Then, it lets managers easily access the whole dashboard or churn out reports anytime.

CONS: We haven't bumped into any serious problem with this platform. Yes, we do come across some concerns, such as errors and interface changes. But the tech support team is always up to help us. We only need to connect with the helpdesk, and then they'll make tickets to fix the issues instantly.
