PROS: eSignLive helps in providing efficient services to our customers as the important documents are delivered to them in a spur of a moment. Another additional benefit is given by the feature of customization available for the branding of product. This ensures that customers have a steady experience level even with countless number of communication channels.

CONS: The support team at eSignLive is good at dealing the customers but still there are a number of troubles faced by us. The updates for account settings have resulted in product errors in most cases and some of these complaints have taken a longer time to be resolved.

PROS: The speed of the exchange of documents really pleases our clients of real estate, as they like how the document is just one click away for them. After they finish signing up the document, it comes back to us while one copy stays with the clients. Being a broker, I have opted for Faltour in my office as it is the only program with the e-sign technology which is in accordance with the Canadian privacy act and with it I can be sure that the information of my clients is duly protected.

CONS: No program is perfect and there is always something to be improved. There must be a video tutorial that helps the users like me in understanding how to use this program. Me and some of my agents had to play around with this program to know how to use it to the fullest because there isn’t much information in the how to use section. Calling the customer support is also just a little help as they just manage to tell us what we ask and not the whole plan. To learn all that we could, we called for an office meeting where everyone explained their bit of knowledge about this program and that is how we learned using it.

PROS: The e-signature solution had to be implemented by us in urgency. The salesperson at Silanis was quite courteous and he helped us by providing the best solution and all the required information so that we could sign up easily. The way of working and communicating of their technical staff was very fast and professional. With the help of their detailed documentation, our development team was able to implement this program in nearly no time. The connection of the e-signature software was easy to build up with our internal software system. The support team is great and very cooperative and the service is high-class.

CONS: There is nothing bad to say about the product and the team as our experience was quite good. It was exactly right what we needed.

PROS: To choose a new merchant to work with, can prove out to be a scary experience. We, the team at Blue Buffalo, are very precise about the choice of the people or organizations on which we can rely with our business activities. This choice is made by us on the basis of the quality offered to us in terms of products or services and the experience while working with them. In a recent time, I have come across this e-sign program names eSignLive by Silanis and I am getting very fond of it. Every communication with their sales person has proved out to be excellent and affirmative. The customer support has always proved out to be first-rate. In the sphere of the e-sign technology, there is a great variety of choices but eSignLive has managed to please and amaze us at every step.

CONS: As we’re new to this game, we’re not experienced enough to dislike things. E-sign has proved out to be a great time savor and we’re looking forward to install it within our database.

PROS: The SDK documentation was quite good and easy and the samples provided with it were quite simple and detailed. The documents were not very much complex and allowed an easy follow up. It was easy to follow the instructions of the SDK as it also contains a number of functionalities for which it has been greatly designed.

CONS: The prospects of the communication and support prospects were not established in an adequate manner. For the importance to be understood there was a need of increase in the orders, many a times. After getting engaged with the problems, the support team provided good resolutions and responded by setting expectations for the delivery of required changes. For the SDK, it would be good if the packages are reissued for signatures or notifications can be sent so that the confirmation of the content can be done efficiently. Although it is a good feature that a signature requires a unique email address, but this feature can be considered for revision in the future.

PROS: We have switched from printing the documents to delivering them via internet with the help of eSignLive. We have also shifted from suing scanners or printers to using electronic means for passing documents from one desk to another. The electronic means are also utilized for signing the documents and managing them electronically and this has replaced the scanning and transferring of paper documents signed with pen. The paperwork is thus substantially reduced and our printing activities have been cut down. Though the process of transforming the templates and letters into electronic documents has been slow, but it has helped a lot in changing our business process.

CONS: There is no automatic printing of letters into a PDF file. Though some users don’t find it difficult to use but the others might need to learn a little.

PROS: The thing I like the most is the flexibility that this program offers to me and my clients. My industry of Real estate greatly focuses on the authentication process. With eSignLive, we can track the communication with clients and we are thus able to keep the detailed summary of the clients.

CONS: The compatibility with mobile devices needs a great deal of improvement. When operated through mobile, it takes a lot of time for the pages to be loaded and after the document is signed, there is no way to see it on a mobile device. There must be a feature to import contacts so that the time which is utilized creating new contacts for packages is saved. The format of some files is not supported and in case they need to be converted, it is not supported in most of the cases.

PROS: Besides being a user friendly program, eSignLive also offers a very high level of security to the users. It thus, ensures the users that the documents are safe and secure and the signatures are valid.

CONS: There is always a need that I feel, that is, to be able to create a system for the files in the Inbox itself. But there is no system by which I can save the files on a desired path rather than keeping them in the inbox.

PROS: The agent from the customer services was very patient, polite and nice. Although I am not afraid to use newer technologies, but by going through the user manual, I couldn’t get the knowledge about the things I needed to know. The manual seems to be aimed at the users who have a more tech friendly background. Therefore, I called the customer support and got to discuss my queries or confusions with a live human being who was actually responding sensibly. And by this, I got all the answers I needed and got the help in testing things out.

CONS: Till now, I received the help on how to manage and do things on the system but I actually needed to know the procedure to have my boss give reviews on the changes made in a contact, before the contract is sent to the employees. It’s a little uneasy for him to just sign and forward it if the contract is fine. But I think I can cope up with it as it seems simple.

PROS: The product is up to the mark on the expectations of its working. It is very easy to execute and implement. But the main thing that attracts everyone towards utilizing the product and services is the customer support which is exceptionally best. Having a wide network of automobile dealer, we have to process a great deal of documents which are made easy by this product as it comes in handy with the e-signature or the jpeg signatures.

CONS: We have nothing to dislike in this product. It is a very strong, rapid and easy to use product.
