Ecwid Review

PROS: For 5 years, we have been using Ecwid for our online stores. It is very easy to integrate and their support team responds quickly to tickets.

CONS: Tutorials should be given to first time users. It can be hard learning on your own how to use this.

PROS: It is relatively cheaper from the platforms I've used before. It is also very easy to add inventory. It even has the option to hide or unhide a product so I don't have to start over again in setting it up.

CONS: I can't say anything bad about Ecwid. It has exceeded my expectations by far.

PROS: Ecwid is by far the greatest service provider I've used. It has a great database and their support system accommodates any of our inquiries immediately.

CONS: More SKUs would've been useful for us.

PROS: The support team of Ecwid is very helpful. They helped me throughout the process of setting up the system. To make it more amazing, it is very affordable for the great value it presents us, as well.

CONS: I would appreciate it if there are more plugins as delivery options. Having only the South African Post Office and Collivery can be a bit limiting in terms of my clients’ needs.

PROS: Ecwid can give you everything you need with fewer expenses. I've been using it for a few years now and so far, it's never disappointed me. To add to this, the support team is very accomodating when it comes to inquiries.

CONS: I hope they can limit the number of items a client buys.

PROS: The best platform for selling as it is easy to use and I can even track codes in my iPhone.

CONS: I hope we can customize the look of the store so it can mix well with what we are selling.

PROS: I built my shop without any knowledge of coding. It is very easy to set-up and uses. I even had someone compliment how my shop looks.

CONS: Nothing! Ecwid is an awesome tool. The only thing I'd suggest is to give new users a free plan so they can try it first.

PROS: Ecwid is very easy to use. The learning curve is surprisingly small and the set-up was seamless. I can even use it on my iPhone so I can check how my business is doing whenever, wherever.

CONS: I hope I can remove the return address from the invoice.

PROS: Ecwid is an effective tool with many benefits. It works well with my web hosts, it is easy to use, it has a lot of useful features, and the support team is very helpful.

CONS: At first, shipping set-up was difficult. There were some mistakes made but with the support system, it was solved immediately.

PROS: Using Ecwid is very easy. I can add products without any problem and customizing it is very simple too.

CONS: I don't have any complaints about Ecwid. It is a good tool.

PROS: I easily integrated Ecwid on my site. As an artist without any prior experience in web design, this is very helpful.

CONS: I'd love for Ecwid to have more print-on-demand partners so I can have more of my artwork appear in my store.

PROS: There are only a few platforms that support a shopping cart in Google Blogger, Ecwid is one of them. And I can honestly say that I'm not disappointed. I was afraid that it'll take time to integrate it into Google Blogger but it only took me a couple of hours. Furthermore, the support team actually teaches its users how to promote their products.

CONS: Downloadable products are not integrated into Ecwid. I have to download an add-on to do this.

PROS: You can try with Ecwid for free and once you decide to permanently use Ecwid, the cost is very affordable. To make things better, it gives users very useful updates and features.

CONS: Allowing us to customize the templates will be very helpful so that its overall look can integrate well with the theme of our sites.

PROS: I just really gotta say, their customer support is unbelievably amazing!! They have a chat feature, with a very responsive and knowledgable team, and they will never give you the generic useless customer support response, instead they will make sure to ask what you are intending to achieve and do their best to help! Twice they even helped me write a code on the fly that solved my problem. I haven’t seen customer support that comes close to this in anything really.

CONS: There are some apps that I cannot use when I'm using it with Wix, otherwise don't have much to complain
