1. Subcontractor control (remote vendor control)
Ekran System covers all three areas of remote vendor control: identity management, access management, and activity control.
Identity management toolset includes multi-factor authentication and secondary authentication for shared logins.
The access management tools include privileged account and session management (PASM) toolset to set access permissions and deliver and manage unique credentials to remote vendors; one-time passwords to deliver unique temporary credentials for most critical endpoints and organize emergency access; Manual login approval; and ticketing system integrations.
As the session is initiated, all activity of remote vendor specialists is recorded in a searchable video format with layered metadata enabling an audit, real-time incident alerting and incident response.
2. Employee monitoring.
The software platform delivers monitoring, recording, and auditing of all user activity on critical endpoints, critical data, and critical configurations. Per-session indexed video records are the core format.
Detection capabilities are implemented in a complex alerting system, that detects anomalies, flags risky actions, and provides all needed context for an adequate response. To prevent insider threats, the platform includes toolsets for both manual and automated incident response, such as user warning, user blocking, activity termination, USB device alerting and blocking.
