PROS: This software has revolutionary features that definitely leveled up my company's recruitment process -- from creating job offers to selecting the most fitting candidate. It allows me to post job offers to various channels which also helps in promoting our company. The software has customizable templates that aid in filtering out applicants based on our company's needs. It also neatly organizes and archives information which makes it easier for us to browse through our candidate pool and contact potential employees.
CONS: While I am satisfied with the current features of Freshteam, I do believe that it can still be further optimized and updated as HR management trends continuously evolve.

PROS: I love how user-friendly Freshteam is! My favorite thing about this software is that it gives me an overview of what was planned for the day -- schedules, to-dos, deadlines, etc.
CONS: I hope the developers would let us have the option to mark a candidate "on hold" and not automatically reject them if they didn't make initial the cut -- like some sort of a waitlist. This is for candidates that we don't think we could hire at the moment but can be potentially right for future job openings.

PROS: Freshteam has made a significant contribution to our organization by serving as a tool that breaks down barriers. We made sure that all employees get to know each other by encouraging them to communicate with each other consistently. It has been so long since I started looking for a tool similar to Freshteam, but I always fail. The last platform was difficult to use, that discouraged employees from using it.
CONS: The people behind Freshteam always make sure that they deliver results on time. They never make any false promises; that is why I do not have anything negative to say against them.

PROS: With Freshteam, I can promote the company in various channels that enable me to find potential candidates so I won't miss out on finding the best one. And that is what I love about the app. Freshteam features are very functional which are very helpful when it comes to the recruitment process. It makes our job postings easy and convenient, especially the feature that helps filter out job candidates, and their contact details. Also, it's archiving system is best when storing and saving various data for later use.

PROS: Freshteam is an efficient tool to manage candidates. It makes my job a lot easier since it automates the tasks that I used to do manually like scheduling interviews, documenting feedbacks, and collecting and digitally organizing the documentary requirements of our candidates.
CONS: I'm noticing a totally fixable issue on auto-scheduling and mailing. It did send a notification to the wrong candidate a couple of times. I'm also really looking forward to having the Freshteam app linked to our website for an optimal experience.

PROS: I'm happy to know that the customization level and other options are available. We currently have a small international team. Fortunately, everyone in that team can figure things out and work together. I like the fact that it's affordable while giving the user a ton of options and freedom.
CONS: It's not because I hate usng it. But it'd be nice it has multilingual support. While automated labels, field names, and button labels can be edited, I would be grateful if the whole career site can converted into another language.

PROS: The steps are streamlined and mature during the recruitment process. Our guys in HR suddenly fell in love using this system. They haven't looked back ever since. I feel it's worth going for in the long run.
CONS: There's nothing that I hate (so far). They were able to deliver more than we actually needed.

PROS: It's free of charge when you start this platform. Then you can make a decision later on as you go along. So that's not necessarily a bad thing. In fact, you have the freedom to decide if the platform is worthy enough for long term use.

PROS: Using it has never been this easy. I love how the platform this works. Its pricing model is reasonable enough. It gives you the ability to navigate the platform and be able to to get around it before making a commitment to make a purchase.
CONS: To be honest, nothing. They could use some additional features. But over time, they'll gear themselves towards that. Right now, it's a new software. Maybe making color customizations on their career page would be a big help. But I feel it's a feature that you get from other plans.

PROS: The product is really simple to utilize. It's what we like most when it comes to FreshTeam. Fast and intuitive in inputting and managing information of each candidate. The dashboard is very much simple and straight to the point. Ideal for recruiters and hiring managers who want to see every single detail going in the process.
CONS: What I'm commenting right isn't much about hating things. It's more like a request that I want to include in the software. This product is a great in organizing things and saving time for my recruiting team so they can remain productive. While apps for tracking is great, it lacks that communication feature between the recruitment team and candidate or otherwise known as the "Voice" communications exchange.

PROS: It enabled us to go from a single shared mailbox for managers to a system that every manager can gain entry and peek into conversations, documents, and timeliness related to candidates. Along with that include manager rankings, feedback of interviews, and collaboration for the hiring team.
CONS: There's a bit of a learning curve since the product itself is new to the market. Certain features like removing candidates or LinkedIn uploads aren't available. I just hope the product will expand even more as time goes on.

PROS: I very much appreciate their support team. They have a number of ATS functionality as well as email and conversation management. I love how their resume parser works. It has a high accuracy rate in reading resume data. The product performs very well.
CONS: Right now, I'm still waiting for more features in their mobile app. They need to have further flexibility in the ATS stages. It'd be a big help if they have master templates at hand.
