PROS: I’ve been using this software for more than half a decade already, and I could not ask for more because it has helped me in the marketing aspect of my company. Hatchbuck is capable of bringing your business more customers, thus increasing your sales in the long run.
CONS: I do not have any complaints at all. Hatchbuck, for me, is one of the ideal marketing and CRM products. I appreciate everything that it has to offer, and I plan to stick to this software no matter what happens.
The least favorable review
PROS: I was surprised that I didn’t have any difficulties while transitioning into Hatchbuck. I do not know much about CRM software, but I am comfortable using Hatchbuck. I do not need to create a to-do list daily because it reminds me of what to do whenever I have clients who are interested in buying properties.
CONS: Downsides are quite common in software that is why I learned to manage my expectation as a user so I won’t end up feeling disappointed. However, if some improvements should be made, I guess that they should sync all time zones so we won’t miss any critical client meetings or call them too early for their liking.

PROS: BenchmarkONE is a fun platform to use that caters to your business needs. If you dig deeper into the software, you will realize that it has a lot to offer to help bring your business into greater heights. Email Marketing is an excellent strategy to promote your company to a much bigger audience. With BenchmarkONE, you can easily organize your email contacts, use built-in templates for your emails, customize the platform, and download statistics. This would give you an idea of how business is doing and how your clients are responding to emails.
CONS: It is nice that the product itself is packed with features and tools to help your company grow. The thing is I find it too overwhelming that I won't be able to maximize all of the features that come with the package. It took us a month to learn everything that BenchmarkONE can offer because we had to watch a series of educational videos and read a lot of blogs to get additional information about the product. I want to use our company logo as often as possible by incorporating it into our marketing projects, proposals, and email responses. It's very tricky to edit the logo by ourselves, so we still need help from customer support to fix the problem. I also think that they should enhance their email filtering system by totally getting rid of spam emails and contacts. What we want to have are legitimate contacts and clients who are willing to pay for products and services.
I am confident that selling my product would be easy using Hatchbuck.

PROS: At first, I was quite sceptical about trying out Hatchbuck because I wasn’t sure of what it does and how it can help my business grow. But then I decided to take advantage of the free trial to see how things work. The product comes with a smart-looking dashboard that helps you plan and execute things smoothly. Hatchbuck creates a personal profile for each client so you can easily monitor their activities whenever they come and check out your e-commerce site. You can easily send bulk e-mails to promote your latest products and services. It saves you time and effort while getting the same amount of results. I tried using all of its features, and I realized that each of them comes with a corresponding benefit to my current business. I realized that it is okay to shell out a small portion of my income in exchange for a software that can help you promote your business effectively.
CONS: There are times when I needed immediate help from their support team. But the problem is it's hard to keep in touch with them, especially after office hours. They should look into assigning some of their personnel to handle chat support 24/7 so clients would be given fast resolution to their problems and queries at any time of the day.

PROS: BenchmarkONE is relatively easy to use marketing app. I do not have to create a separate email address for sending bulk emails to my clients because I can link my existing g-mail account to the platform. Also, I do not have to worry about updating my contact lists because BenchmarkONE does it automatically.
CONS: I think that they should consider adding more specific features that can integrate into the existing email. They could probably add a portion wherein we could offer exclusive deals to every client, which can help us market our products more effectively.
This is one of the most affordable and results-oriented CRM programs in the market.

PROS: It's so easy to learn and adapt to this new program. I can do so many things in just one sitting, which makes me more effective in my job. Simple tasks such as sending e-mails, reminders, and promotions can be done efficiently. There are so many things that Hatchbuck can offer that will give your business a boost in sales and marketing.
CONS: The people behind Hatchbuck needs to take matters more seriously. Many users are not satisfied with their level of customer service. It’s pretty slow, and sometimes I feel that there is no sense of urgency from their end. They should look into upgrading their branding to attract more prominent clients.

PROS: One of our primary goals is to increase our sales by adding new customers daily. That is why we decided to focus on E-mail marketing which is a great help to our business. I like using this product because it gives me the option to create customized e-mails for each of my clients which plays a considerable part in the success of our projects. The software comes with several tools that you can utilize for your marketing needs. Whenever you have problems using Hatchbuck, they always offer help, so you have nothing to worry about.
CONS: There are instances wherein I feel frustrated because the system tends to become super slow. I need to send a list of emails to my clients, and server issues affect my focus and productivity in so many ways. They said that they are doing something about this, but I still have to wait and see if it's true.
I was able to set up this platform all by myself. There is no need to have any coding and technical experience for you to get up to speed with the program.

PROS: I consider myself very lucky to be using Hatchbuck to help me run my business. It comes with a long list of awesome features that help me with marketing and customer service. It is a multifunctional tool that enables you to save some money because there is no need for you to invest in other platforms to perform specific tasks and help you retrieve your performance reports and statistics. Also, I would like to commend their support team for always being helpful and proactive whenever we needed immediate help with regards to specific issues.
CONS: I believe that Hatchbuck is a well-equipped app to help support any marketing projects that you would like to spearhead. However, I also think that they should try their best to develop more impressive features so clients like me would continue to use the software for a very long time. They could incorporate a click to call feature that allows you to make a phone call or leave detailed voicemails to the customer’s account, send SMS using the platform by batches and make sales reports more accurate and comprehensive.

PROS: Running a business has never been an easy thing to do. There are times where you would have to make decisions and hope that things will turn out to be okay. When I first started launching my website, I had to go through different types of challenges to get more sales and traffic. I told myself to achieve my goals; I would need to have a platform that can help me improve any marketing strategies and increase my sales figures. I tried the free version of Hatchbuck and noticed a 5% increase in my weekending sale. I was very optimistic about the numbers, so I went ahead to get a monthly subscription. My employees real;y enjoy utilizing Hatchbuck because they can send e-mails, newsletters, make follow-ups, and even close a sale without calling the customer. The improvement in our performance has been nothing but amazing. The same thing goes with the feedback that we are getting from our clients. I’m looking forward to renewing my annual subscription and upgrading my plan. The price is relatively reasonable in exchange for what it can do for the business.
CONS: I usually add extra tags whenever the need to add notes, messages, comments, or instructions using MS office tools. I hope that they could implement the same process in Hatchbuck without having to change the settings now and then. It takes added work for me to add extra tags in Hatchbuck, but sometimes I have no choice but to do it.

PROS: The UI is fair, even if it takes a while to master the tagginng curve (speaking from the perspective of a developer who used to query his data directly). I was a hard-working learner, but I don't think it could be a problem for anybody. It's easy and flexible, heaped with information. Fast too!
CONS: I would improve the management on company level, but I think they're going to solve this in a while. There is also an annoying 'pending time' between submiting a report and receiving a confirmation (especially when there are many customers involved), but it's just another display bug you can tolerate for the sake of quality.
Using Hatchbuck is such an easy and fun experience for my peers and me.

PROS: This is one of the smartest marketing tools that I've ever laid my eyes on. I've got no issues learning to use and navigate the tool because it's so intelligent and intuitive for my liking. If you are a beginner, you can rely on the online tutorial videos that you can access for free.
CONS: I don’t enjoy using the templates when sending offers and updates to my clients, so I don’t think that it’s necessary at all. I’d rather compose most of my e-mails from scratch because it feels more personal. Although automation has its advantages, I don’t think that it works well for me.

PROS: I work with younger people and the majority of them like using Hatchback for marketing purposes. More people started noticing our company, and we’ve been getting more inquiries and added sales for the past months.
CONS: Probably some upgrades on its current features are needed, but we can manage without it as well. Looking at the product, in general, I would say that it's very efficient and everything is well organized.

PROS: We use Hatchback to help our clients promote their goods and services. I can say that this software is so flexible because it allows us to create customized templates that we can send to our clients. You don’t need to be a coding expert to be able to use Hatchbuck effectively.
CONS: Generating online reports is not that easy because it's not automated. You need to download the report and export it on a separate excel sheet so you can view all the details.

PROS: The crown of maintainable software at a fair price. It unites marketing automation, CRM, lead capture, scoring, and nurturing under a single hat. It’s nice to have a single system for all activities.
CONS: The ROI functionalities are absolutely absent. Lead tracking is useless before they contact you or fill in the forms you’ve sent them. Your digital marketing might be effective, but you won’t be able to measure that effectiveness. Oh, and the public development strategy is also missing. I tried to draw attention towards these issues, but they haven’t announced any upcoming features yet. I honestly hope they will consider my requests.
Sales and Marketing go hand in hand and were happy that we have Hatchbuck to help us go beyond our targets.

PROS: I realized that I have been spending way too much money on monthly subscriptions of different business platforms; still, I’m not getting my desired results. Someone told me to check out a CRM product named Hatchbuck and see if I’m going to like it or not. I tried using the platform at no cost. I realized that it does a fantastic job in terms of 3rd party apps integration, especially with our social media accounts such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. The e-mail templates make our job more comfortable, especially when sending automatic responses to bulk mails. Hatchbuck helps us improve our line of communication with the customers (both old and new) by keeping them updated with what’s going on with our company. Also, I appreciate the presence of pop-up ads because it plays a massive role in helping us identify what our customers would like us to offer them.
CONS: I have some issues in terms of using the email and report filters because I'm having a hard time getting the data that I needed. I would need to reach out to customer service to help me with these things.
Entrepreneurs should not think twice about subscribing to BenchmarkONE, it’s an excellent platform.

PROS: When Hatchbuck arrived to our company, we jumped on the task and categorized clients as business contacts, current, and potential users. What a day that was! Ever since, I am sending mails to many people through a simplified procedure (two-three clicks on average). I think we got ourselves a relationship builder, going all personal and super friendly with clients. And they appreciate it! Now that I have Hatchbuck, I can follow updates, and identify the needs of my clients almost instantly. My reports are also worth a look. Better yet, there is no need to sit tight and get all fussy about it. The tool is extremely simple, and contains a full package of utilization guides.
CONS: I’m more concerned about results, than the process itself. Let’s be clear, performance is flawless! I know many firms that can guarantee that! My problem is low opening rates, and I’m trying to locate the cause. I ‘went personal’, edited everything that could be edited, even made a dozen of promo offers, but I am still not satisfied. There must be another problem.

PROS: Trust me, you’ll learn and understand Hatchbuck just few days after activating it. You can forget the negative effects of long trainings, and to focus on productivity instead. Our email marketing team, for instance, got the full picture in a single week.
CONS: There were some bugs I disliked, but nothing so big to give up at crunch time. I still think it was our company’s best bet ever. Besides, you get top-support that deals with issues efficiently, and appreciates the value of your time.

PROS: We used to work with Salesforce, and I liked it. Still, the company wanted something more affordable, less complicated, and not so demanding. We were told to get Hatchbuck even before, but we always took it with a pinch of salt. I wish we champed at the bit much sooner. Obviously, we did some exploring in the demo at first, just to have an idea on their support management, but there was no second thought. Their team was happy to have our feedback, and worked on all our ideas. Finally, we got everything that the company needed.
CONS: They could create a mobile app, or at least make the web platform more mobile-friendly. I struggle to follow prospects from my smart phone and the entire ‘pan and zoom’ thing is tiring me. It’s not like I can really access the software at any moment. I would also opt for less limited wizards (uploading my own files, designing my email templates, etc).

PROS: One thing small businesses are always concerned about is that their needs are neglected by web developers. Well, not this time! In Hatchbuck, everything is developed accordingly, and the program seems to ‘get the point’ of absolute time benefits and having limited staff. They’ve done a really good job this time, including the product, but also the training that comes in package. There is a great automation concept, and a logical division of marketing in subsequent phases. I’ve used other marketing applications, but I’ve never seen a better bet for small businesses.
CONS: I was on alert, because, you know, nothing is as good as it looks. I didn’t see anything I couldn’t turn a blind eye on. What surprised me in fact was odd vocabulary; they have their own terms for every function/feature, and it will take some time to learn them (nothing scary though).

PROS: The tagging is just top. I can tag every user that clicks on my email’s link, meaning I’ve automatically involved them in a campaign without further notification. That’s just great.
CONS: I somehow miss the intuitiveness of our previous systems, but I am finding my feet. However, it would look much better with a draft box or a drag and drop template for editing HTML. I wish to be able to share the URL of my emails on the website too. They should also improve reporting, so that users could compare between different emails.

PROS: They’ve just begun, and they’re already taking the wheel! There is an amazing drag-and-drop email template, especially for beginners learning to create beautiful and functional emails. I like the simplicity of involving contacts, either by tagging or sorting those you want to be in your campaign. To make things even better, there is a Partner Success Manager that takes no more than an hour to solve problems or to give explanations. No headaches at all, for real!
CONS: It’s more of a bonus what I want them to do for us. Better customization of emails won’t hurt, and neither will fix glitches in the drag-and-drop templates. As an optimist, I believe this is just a matter of time, and that we’ll be able to see improvements very soon.

PROS: The top features are definitely the tag rules. I love them because I can share content with my leads, as soon as Hatchbuck confirms they are ready to receive it. In fact, there are tones of tagging options and I am still working out how to utilize all of them. From the current perspective, I think I’d be lost without them, especially if one considers all the hats I am wearing to keep the company on top of the pipeline. What I know for sure is that there is no better way to maximize traffic to your product
CONS: I think it is too early to talk about flaws and drawbacks. Hatchbuck has just hit the market, and looking for missing features to compromise quality is like missing the wood for the trees. What I think is that they too focused on marketing automation, and that is reflecting on their CRM functionality. Startups like us, for instance, will need more reporting features and visual pipelines in future.

PROS: Thanks to Hatchbuck, you can use and manage your data at the best of your ability. We love the tagging feature, because it enables us to segment data quickly, and it automates actions we used to perform manually. It is also rich with emailing options, meaning you have all sorts of templates and sending options. We had good software in the past, but we never got hands around something so quickly. Maybe it is because of their time efficient support, and the fact that they left no question unanswered.
CONS: The more you get, the more you want, and the fact that we want it to wrap a dozen of new features doesn’t make it less perfect. At least this way I know that my requests are being considered, and I am likely to see those features in future.

PROS: I think it is a helpful and reliable tool, both for on-boarding and selling. The system can overall be described as intuitive, meaning that you won’t have to waste time on on-boarding and you could focus on issues of strategic importance to your company. I was afraid to face a complex system, but luckily that was not the case. Simplicity means the world in my job, and I appreciate the clean design that made it possible for me.
CONS: Hatchbuck keeps everybody happy, that’s the only truth. They are doing an excellent job, and I am really grateful for that.
